宁镇扬板块金融合作:机遇、问题和对策

【摘要】：近年来随着宁镇扬板块经济合作一体化的深入发展,对区域内金融合作的呼声也日益强烈。文章通过对宁镇扬板块开展金融合作的必要性进行分析,认为当前宁镇扬板块已具备开展金融合作的经济条件、人文基础和金融基础。但是目前现行金融体制和行政管理体制障碍、金融基础设施的不完善等因素极大地影响了金融资源在整个区域的流动和配置,鉴于此,指出实现宁镇扬板块金融合作应从构建区域利益协调机制、信息共享机制,完善金融基础建设、加强金融创新等方面入手。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the in-depth development of economic cooperation and integration of Ningzhenyang plate, the voice of financial cooperation in the region is increasingly strong. This paper analyzes the necessity of financial cooperation in Ningzhenyang plate. The author thinks that the Ningzhenyang plate already has the economic condition, the humanities foundation and the financial foundation to carry out the financial cooperation, but at present the present financial system and the administrative management system obstacle. The imperfect financial infrastructure and other factors have greatly affected the flow and allocation of financial resources in the whole region. In view of this, it is pointed out that the realization of financial cooperation in Ningzhenyang plate should start with the construction of regional interest coordination mechanism. Information sharing mechanism, improving financial infrastructure, strengthening financial innovation and so on.
