我国商业银行的产品创新问题研究

【摘要】:随着国际金融一体化步伐的加快,商业银行的竞争日益激烈。特别是我国加入WTO之后,外资银行先进的管理经验、运营模式、创新理念以及科技手段在银行经营中的投入,都不断地对我国商业银行原有的经营发展模式进行着冲击。我国商业银行如何在激烈的竞争之中获得可持续性发展的机会,成为各家商业银行亟待解决的问题。事实上,我国多数商业银行已在经过深入思考之后,开始果断地采取以“创新”来提高自身的盈利水平和价值创造能力,并取得一定的喜人成绩。然而,受历史原因、经济发展现状、监管政策、银行经营战略、人才结构、技术水平等内外部因素的影响,使得我国商业银行的创新受到各种各样的制约,难以得到规范的运行并全面发挥作用。为应对我国商业银行创新发展过程中出现的各种制约因素,本文通过对比国内外银行创新理论与创新实践,提出以下对策:(1)坚持“客户需求本位”前提下深入开展创新调研。(2)加强银行同业创新动态研究,优势借鉴。(3)深化产品创新专题研究,努力打造创新品牌。(4)鼓励“产学研联盟”合作,,推动前瞻性创新研究。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of international financial integration, the competition of commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce. Especially after China's entry into WTO, the foreign banks' advanced management experience, operation mode, innovative ideas and scientific and technological means are invested in the operation of banks. In fact, how to obtain the opportunity of sustainable development in the fierce competition has become an urgent problem for each commercial bank. After deep thinking, most commercial banks in our country have begun to adopt "innovation" to improve their profit level and value creation ability, and have achieved some gratifying results. However, due to historical reasons, the economic development status quo, The influence of internal and external factors, such as supervision policy, bank management strategy, talent structure, technical level and so on, makes the innovation of Chinese commercial banks subject to various constraints. It is difficult to get standardized operation and play a full role. In order to deal with the various constraints in the process of innovation and development of commercial banks in China, this paper compares the theory and practice of bank innovation at home and abroad. Put forward the following countermeasures: 1) carry out in-depth innovation research under the premise of "customer demand standard".) strengthen the dynamic research of interbank innovation, and draw on the advantage of .Y3) deepen the special research on product innovation. Strive to build an innovative brand. 4) encourage the "industry, research and research alliance" to promote forward-looking innovation research.
