物流金融服务中物流企业的风险评价

【摘要】：物流金融是一种新型的融资模式,它是物流业和金融业发展到一定阶段的产物。在国外,很早就有了物流金融,它的技术和体制都非常完善。在国内,物流金融业务作为物流服务的增值服务产品,一直在不断的发展中,能促进物流公司市场竞争的加强及物流空间的扩大。本论文从物流企业的视角探讨物流金融风险,开始对物流企业参与物流金融的运作模式进行分析,详细介绍了仓单质押模式、保兑仓模式和授信融资三种模式的操作流程和特点。接下来分析了物流企业参与物流金融业务的条件,分析了其可行性、必要性及增值效应。然后在此基础上对物流企业开展物流金融服务过程中存在的风险进行了探讨,这些风险包括内部管理及操作风险、质押货物风险、环境风险等七项主要风险,并在结合风险评价的相关理论的基础上,构建了一套较为全面和实用的风险评价指标体系。接着运用层次分析法确定了指标权重系数,之后,运用模糊数学的综合评价法对物流金融的风险进行综合评价。最后,通过实际案例,分析了物流企业所面临的风险,根据对物流金融风险各因素的分析研究,对物流企业面临的风险如何控制提出了相应的风险防范措施。而本文构建的物流金融风险评价模型在此实例分析中也得到了较好的应用,希望对第三方物流企业开展物流金融服务有所启示。
[Abstract]:Logistics finance is a new financing mode, it is the product of logistics industry and financial industry development to a certain stage. In foreign countries, there has been logistics finance very early, its technology and system are very perfect. As the value-added service product of logistics service, logistics finance business has been developing continuously, which can promote the market competition of logistics company and expand the logistics space. This paper discusses the logistics financial risk from the perspective of logistics enterprises, begins to analyze the operation mode of logistics enterprises participating in logistics finance, and introduces warehouse receipt pledge mode in detail. The operation flow and characteristics of confirmed warehouse mode and credit financing mode. Then, the paper analyzes the conditions and feasibility of logistics enterprises participating in logistics finance business. On the basis of this, the paper discusses the risks in the process of logistics financial service, including internal management and operation risk, the risk of pledge goods. Based on the related theory of risk assessment, a set of comprehensive and practical risk evaluation index system is constructed, and then the weight coefficient of the index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the risk of logistics finance. Finally, through actual cases, the paper analyzes the risks faced by logistics enterprises, according to the analysis of the factors of logistics financial risks, How to control the risks faced by logistics enterprises is put forward, and the risk assessment model of logistics finance constructed in this paper has been well applied in the analysis of this example. I hope that the third-party logistics enterprises to carry out logistics financial services have enlightenment.
