长春农商银行零售业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:在监管环境日益严峻,存贷利差逐步收窄,利率市场化进程加快,金融脱媒逐渐加速的市场环境下,国内各商业银行均将发展重点转向了零售银行市场,而国内居民日益旺盛的理财需求促使各商业银行加大对零售银行业务的推动力度。作为从农村信用社改制而来的长春农商银行,清醒地认识到仅依靠利差收入盈利的模式将面临危机,并积极调整业务结构,将零售银行业务作为未来发展重点。 本文从阐述零售业务发展对商业银行的重要性方面入手,结合国内外对商业银行零售业务发展研究的理论,论证了我国商业银行发展零售业务的可行性与必要性。通过对长春农商银行零售业务发展现状与存在问题的分析,利用SWOT分析与波特五力分析等方法,分析企业发展零售业务的优势与劣势,,面临的机会与威胁,并对企业零售银行业务发展战略进行深入探讨。最终确定了“着眼于全国市场,依靠先进的经营理念与管理手段,依托完善的IT技术平台,通过不断的学习与创新,打造具有影响力的零售银行品牌”的零售业务总体发展战略目标,并提出了实现目标需要具备以客户为中心、坚持走财富管理之路、明确电子化发展道路、抓好人才队伍建设的经营战略思想,论述了长春农商银行发展零售业务需要具备的条件和实现的方法。通过对长春农商银行发展战略的研究,为企业未来发展提供有益借鉴,同时为从信用社体制下转型的农商银行零售业务发展战略的提出与实践提供参考。
[Abstract]:Under the increasingly severe regulatory environment, the gradually narrowing of deposit and loan spreads, the accelerated process of marketization of interest rates and the acceleration of financial disintermediation, all domestic commercial banks have shifted their emphasis to the retail banking market. However, the growing financial needs of domestic residents have prompted commercial banks to step up their efforts to promote retail banking business. As a rural credit cooperative, Changchun Agricultural and Commercial Bank, which has been reformed from the rural credit cooperatives, Soberly realize that the mode of profit only depends on interest rate difference income will face crisis, and actively adjust the business structure, take the retail banking business as the future development focus. This paper begins with the importance of the development of retail business to commercial banks, and combines the theory of domestic and foreign research on the development of retail business of commercial banks. This paper demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the development of retail business of commercial banks in China. Through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the retail business of Changchun Agricultural and Commercial Bank, the author makes use of the methods of SWOT analysis and Porter's five-force analysis, etc. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced by enterprises in the development of retail business, and probes into the development strategy of retail banking business. Finally, it determines "focusing on the national market and relying on advanced management concepts and management means". Relying on the perfect IT technology platform, through continuous learning and innovation, the overall retail business development strategic goal of creating the influential retail bank brand "is put forward, and it is pointed out that the realization of the target needs to have the customer as the center," Adhere to the road of wealth management, make clear the way of electronic development, and do a good job of the management strategy thought of the construction of talent team, This paper discusses the conditions and methods of developing the retail business of Changchun Agricultural and Commercial Bank. Through the study of the development strategy of Changchun Agricultural and Commercial Bank, it provides useful reference for the future development of enterprises. At the same time, it provides a reference for the development strategy and practice of the retail business of the agricultural and commercial bank in the transformation from the credit cooperative system.
