【摘要】：商业银行国际贸易融资业务的创新不仅是全球贸易经济特征改变和金融监管标准提高的客观要求,也是银行自身提高综合竞争力的主观要求。近年来,国际贸易融资已经成为银行同业最为关注的业务领域之一。而DL银行作为一家城市商业银行,在国际贸易融资业务发展中还存在着适应市场需求的融资产品不足、业务管理模式落后、风险管理体系低效、人才队伍建设基础薄弱等诸多问题,同时本文也指出了为适应国际贸易发展变化、国内外监管环境变化、同业创新竞争及自身经营转型的需要,DL银行必须大力开展国际贸易融资创新。为求得生存,DL银行必须寻找新的发展途径,通过创新注入新鲜的内在动力,推动国际贸易融资业务的健康发展。本文结合DL银行国际贸易融资业务发展现状,使用创新管理理论和方法,详尽分析了DL银行国际贸易融资业务创新管理中涉及的战略、组织、资源和制度影响因素,以及各个影响因素对银行国际贸易融资业务创新发展的作用机制。通过研究DL银行创新过程,寻求建立以培养核心竞争力为导向,以价值创造为最终目标,以各种创新要素的有机结合与协同创新为手段的创新管理机制和方法,以此推动DL银行国际贸易融资业务的新发展。文章的最后,针对这些影响因素及DL银行国际贸易融资业务发展中存在的问题,从增强国际贸易融资业务战略管理的执行能力、优化银行内部组织机构建设、注重创新资源多元化整合及强化包括风险管理制度和绩效考核制度在内的创新管理制度建设四方面,提出了进一步深化发展国际贸易融资创新的建议。
[Abstract]:The innovation of the international trade financing business of commercial banks is not only the objective requirement of the change of the global trade economic characteristics and the improvement of the financial supervision standard, but also the subjective requirement for the banks themselves to improve their comprehensive competitiveness in recent years. International trade financing has become one of the most concerned areas of business among banks. DL Bank as a city commercial bank, in the development of international trade financing business, there are insufficient financing products to meet the needs of the market, the business management model is backward, the risk management system is inefficient. At the same time, this paper also points out that in order to adapt to the changes in international trade, the regulatory environment at home and abroad has changed. In order to survive, DL Bank must find a new way of development and inject new internal impetus through innovation. To promote the healthy development of international trade financing business. Based on the present situation of DL Bank's international trade finance business, this paper analyzes the strategy, organization, resources and system influencing factors involved in the innovation management of DL bank's international trade finance business by using the theory and method of innovation management. By studying the innovation process of DL Bank, we seek to establish the core competitiveness as the orientation and value creation as the ultimate goal. In order to promote the new development of DL Bank's international trade financing business, the innovation management mechanism and method based on the organic combination of various innovative elements and collaborative innovation are proposed. Finally, aiming at these influencing factors and the problems existing in the development of DL Bank's international trade financing business, the paper optimizes the internal organization construction of the bank by strengthening the executive ability of the strategic management of the international trade finance business, and optimizing the internal organization construction of the bank. Focusing on the diversification and integration of innovative resources and strengthening the construction of innovative management system including risk management system and performance appraisal system, the paper puts forward some suggestions for further deepening the innovation of international trade financing.
