【摘要】：正2013年以来,A股市场并购不断升温。截止11月初,中国市场发生并购交易3100余起,金额高达2257亿美元。其中,上市公司发起收购1000余起,金额达787.31亿美元,较上年同期增长89.47%。并购市场的活跃激发了各类并购创新。以并购基金为例,实业上市公司与专业PE/VC机构合作设立的并购基金成为并购新动向、新突破。并购基金致力于产业整合,体现出"产业资本"与"金融资本"新时期利益诉求的高度互补和内在契合。从合作动
[Abstract]:Since 2013, mergers and acquisitions in the A-share market have been heating up. By the beginning of November, there had been more than 3,100 mergers and acquisitions in the Chinese market, amounting to US $225.7 billion. Of these, more than 1, 000 were initiated by listed companies, with a total value of US $seventy-eight billion seven hundred and thirty-one million. The activity of the M & A market has stimulated all kinds of M & A innovations. Taking M & A funds as an example, the M & A funds set up by industrial listed companies in cooperation with professional PE/VC organizations have become a new trend of M & A. New breakthrough. M & A fund devotes itself to industrial integration, which reflects the highly complementary and internal agreement between the interests of "industrial capital" and "financial capital" in the new period.
