【摘要】：我国中小企业数目庞大、涉及各行各业，为促进就业、发展经济、引领科技创新和稳定社会发挥了不可替代的作用，对国民经济增长和社会和谐发展具有重要意义。当前，国内外经济形势复杂多变，融资难仍是屹立在中小企业发展前进道路上的一块巨石。本文在研读了国内外相关文献的基础上，比较了在中小企业贷款方面的大银行优势论和小银行优势论。考虑到我国的金融资源主要集中于大型商业银行，，如何有效畅通地将大银行的资金引入到中小企业的生存发展过程中，是缓解中小企业融资困境及开辟大银行新的利润来源的焦点问题。共生理论试着从一个微观与宏观相结合的角度来分析生物界中种属与种属之间、种属与环境之间的共生作用及规律。银企之间存在共生关系，因此可以用共生理论的分析方法，探索银企共生系统的共生现状和共生前景。本文广泛搜集数据，分别以共生单元、共生模式、共生环境为角度，清晰地呈现了我国大银行和中小企业的共生现状，并运用共生理论的研究方法，辅以Eviews6.0软件包进行数据处理，实证分析了某大银行湖南省分行的中小企业信贷状况，验证了我国大银行和中小企业当前的共生模式不是最稳定、最有效率的共生模式，并发现了影响共生模式进化的一些因素。然后借鉴生物学的相关研究方法，构造了我国大银行和中小企业共生的Logistic成长方程，求得了我国大银行和中小企业达到互惠连续稳定共生所需要的条件。最后在前述分析研究的基础上，在遵循理论可循和实践可行的原则下，分别从共生单元、共生模式、共生环境三个方面提出了促进我国大银行和中小企业共生关系向着理想共生状态发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, involving various industries, has played an irreplaceable role in promoting employment, developing the economy, leading scientific and technological innovation and stabilizing the society. It is of great significance to the growth of the national economy and the harmonious development of the society. Domestic and foreign economic situation is complex and changeable, financing difficulty is still standing in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises on the road of a huge stone. Based on the study of domestic and foreign literature, this paper compares the advantage theory of large banks with that of small banks in lending to small and medium-sized enterprises. Considering that the financial resources of our country are mainly concentrated in large commercial banks, How to effectively and smoothly introduce the funds of large banks into the survival and development process of small and medium-sized enterprises, The symbiosis theory tries to analyze the relationship between species and species in the biological world from a micro and macro perspective. There is a symbiotic relationship between banks and enterprises, so the symbiotic status and prospect of the symbiotic system of banks and enterprises can be explored by using the method of symbiotic theory. In this paper, we collect the data extensively, take symbiotic unit, symbiotic model, symbiotic environment as the angle, clearly present the symbiotic status of large banks and small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, and use the research method of symbiotic theory. With the help of Eviews6.0 software package for data processing, this paper empirically analyzes the credit situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in a large bank in Hunan province, and verifies that the current symbiotic model between large banks and small and medium-sized enterprises in China is not the most stable and efficient symbiotic model. Some factors affecting the evolution of symbiotic model are found. Then the Logistic growth equation of symbiosis between large banks and small and medium-sized enterprises in China is constructed by using the relevant research methods of biology. The conditions for the mutual benefit, continuous and stable symbiosis between the large banks and the small and medium-sized enterprises in China are obtained. Finally, on the basis of the foregoing analysis and research, under the principle of following the theory and practical feasibility, from the symbiotic unit, symbiotic model, Three aspects of symbiotic environment are put forward to promote the development of symbiotic relationship between large banks and small and medium-sized enterprises into an ideal symbiotic state.
