银行拓展中小企业贸易融资研究

【摘要】:纵观世界各国经济发展轨迹,中小企业在增加就业、扩大进出口、促进科技进步和繁荣市场等方面均发挥着十分重要的作用,成为社会经济发展的动力和支柱。截止2008年底,中小企业提供了近70%的进出口贸易额,同时也占据着国内贸易的广袤市场。但由于中小企业信息不对称、担保机制不完善、道德风险高和银行对其进行严格的信贷配给等原因,融资难仍然是制约中小企业发展的瓶颈,由于贸易融资在中小企业融资中占有举足轻重的地位,银行拓展贸易融资业务的研究对于解决融资难问题具有重要的理论和实践意义。随着外资银行的纷纷进入,中国金融市场的竞争更为激烈,如果不能拓展新的服务领域,不能在金融产品上不断创新,国内银行与外资银行的差距将继续扩大,在竞争中无可避免的处于劣势。只有进行融资品种的创新,只有金融与贸易相互配合,经济、贸易和金融才会有更快的发展。因此,大力拓展中小企业贸易融资业务,对于银企双方来说是双赢的选择,对于银行本身业务发展也具有重要的现实意义。 本文通过对中小企业贸易融资问题的研究,借鉴国内外银行拓展中小企业贸易融资业务的先进经验,结合产品和流程等各方面的创新,提供适合我国国情和银行实际的中小企业贸易融资产品及管理制度,为银行如何拓展中小企业贸易融资业务提出可行的策略建议。 得出的结论主要有:面对我国以中小企业为主广大的需求和市场空间,银行大力拓展中小企业贸易融资业务是必然的选择;国内银行的贸易融资业务发展与国外有着很大的差距,我们要借鉴国内外的先进经验,不断促进业务的发展;银行要转变经营理念,大力拓展中小企业市场,通过对传统贸易产品的整合与创新、不断发展以跨境人民币结算为依托的贸易融资业务、深度引入供应链融资理念和选择适合中小企业融资需求的营销战略,加大中小企业贸易融资产品的创新和营销,同时组建专业的服务团队、重塑业务流程、建立合理的风险管理制度、完善信息技术、加强银行间及银行与第三方机构间合作等方式,搭建适宜银行拓展中小企业贸易融资业务的平台。
[Abstract]:Throughout the world's economic development trajectory, small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in increasing employment, expanding import and export, promoting scientific and technological progress and prospering the market, and become the driving force and pillar of social and economic development. As of end of 2008, Small and medium-sized enterprises provide nearly 70% of the import and export trade volume, and also occupy a vast market for domestic trade. However, due to the asymmetric information of small and medium-sized enterprises, imperfect guarantee mechanisms, high moral hazard and strict credit rationing by banks, and so on, The difficulty of financing is still the bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, because trade financing plays an important role in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research on the expansion of trade financing business by banks has important theoretical and practical significance to solve the problem of financing difficulties. With the entry of foreign banks one after another, the competition in China's financial market is more intense, if the new service fields cannot be expanded, Without continuous innovation in financial products, the gap between domestic and foreign banks will continue to widen, and the competition will inevitably be at a disadvantage. Trade and finance will develop faster. Therefore, it is a win-win choice for both banks and enterprises to expand the trade financing business of small and medium-sized enterprises, and it is also of great practical significance to the development of the bank's own business. In this paper, through the study of the trade financing of SMEs, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign banks in expanding the trade financing business of SMEs, and combines the innovation of products and processes, etc. This paper provides the trade financing products and management system of small and medium-sized enterprises suitable for the situation of our country and the banks, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to expand the trade financing business of small and medium-sized enterprises. The main conclusions are as follows: in the face of the demand and market space of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, it is inevitable for banks to expand the trade financing business of small and medium-sized enterprises; There is a big gap between the development of domestic banks' trade financing business and that of foreign countries. We should learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad and constantly promote the development of business. Banks should change their business concepts and vigorously expand the market for small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the integration and innovation of traditional trade products, the business of trade financing based on cross-border RMB settlement is continuously developed, and the concept of supply chain financing is deeply introduced and the marketing strategy suitable for the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises is chosen. To increase innovation and marketing of trade financing products for small and medium-sized enterprises, at the same time to set up professional service teams, reshape business processes, establish reasonable risk management systems, and improve information technology, Strengthen the cooperation between banks and third-party institutions, and set up a suitable platform for banks to expand their trade financing business.
