低碳经济背景下中国商业银行面临的机遇与挑战

【摘要】：发展低碳经济,转变经济发展模式,已经成为全球共识。但单纯技术手段无法达到减排目标,还需通过引入市场机制来引领资本向低碳行业配置,碳交易就是其中一种典型的机制。国际主流商业银行早已深入到碳交易的各个环节,控制碳金融市场定价权,而中国商业银行在该领域还处于起步阶段,极可能面临丢失石油定价权的风险。在低碳经济背景下,中国商业银行应积极应对,把握市场机遇,不断完善自身机制,推动金融产品创新,积极参与中国碳交易市场构建,提高自身参与碳金融市场的能力,有计划有步骤地推出适应中国市场需求的碳金融衍生产品,逐步建立健全低碳经济的支持体系,不断增强国内金融机构在国际碳市场领域的话语权。
[Abstract]:It has become a global consensus to develop a low-carbon economy and transform the economic development model. But technological means alone cannot achieve the emission reduction target, and we still need to introduce market mechanisms to guide the allocation of capital to low-carbon industries. Carbon trading is one of the typical mechanisms. The international mainstream commercial banks have already penetrated into all aspects of carbon trading and controlled the pricing power of the carbon financial market, while the Chinese commercial banks are still in their infancy in this field. In the context of a low-carbon economy, Chinese commercial banks should actively respond to, seize market opportunities, constantly improve their own mechanisms, promote innovation of financial products, and actively participate in the construction of China's carbon trading market. To enhance their ability to participate in the carbon financial market, to systematically introduce carbon financial derivatives to meet the needs of the Chinese market, and to gradually establish and improve the support system for a low-carbon economy, Increasing the voice of domestic financial institutions in the international carbon market.
