南京民生银行自助银行渠道建设及业务发展研究

【摘要】:商业银行信息化程度在信息化社会持续提高,自助设备是信息化技术的产物,自助银行渠道通过自助设备的应用,已成为商业银行提高客户服务水平的重要方式。促进自助银行渠道建设,不断完善自助银行渠道,成为现在研究的热点。鉴于商业银行自助银行广阔的发展前景,对于商业银行自助银行渠道建设及业务发展探究,能够对自助银行进行实时、系统、高效的管理,,充分发挥其自身的优势,提升银行竞争力有很重要的意义,具有较高的研究价值和现实意义。 本文首先阐明了研究的背景、目的和意义、研究的内容、方法和思路,然后进行了文献回顾,找到本文研究的出发点和理论基础。本文对民生银行南京分行自助渠道进行了外部环境、行业环境、内部环境分析,然后通过SWOT分析,明确了民生银行南京分行关键问题。本文研究了民生银行南京分行自助渠道的建设与保障,首先进行民生银行南京分行自助渠道客户细分、目标市场选择及定位,然后研究民生银行南京分行自助渠道的建设,包括民生银行南京分行自助渠道选址分析和自助渠道运营模式的创新。本文最后研究了民生银行南京分行自助渠道经营的保障。 本文旨在通过研究商业银行自助渠道建设方案以及在自助渠道发展及运营中存在的诸多问题,为商业银行在自助渠道发展规划、运营管理提出解决方案及建设策略,使自助渠道成为商业银行提高服务水平、降低经营成本、弥补网点不足、树立银行企业形象的经营渠道。
[Abstract]:The degree of informatization of commercial banks continues to improve in the information society, self-help equipment is the product of information technology, self-help banking channels through the application of self-help equipment, It has become an important way for commercial banks to improve the level of customer service. To promote the construction of self-help banking channels and to improve self-service banking channels has become a hot research topic. In view of the broad development prospects of self-service banks in commercial banks, It is of great significance for commercial banks to explore the channel construction and business development of self-help banks, to be able to carry out real-time, systematic and efficient management, to give full play to their own advantages, and to enhance the competitiveness of banks. It has high research value and practical significance. In this paper, the background, purpose and significance of the research, the contents, methods and ideas of the research are expounded, and then the literature review is carried out. To find the starting point and theoretical basis of this study. This paper analyzes the external environment, industry environment and internal environment of the self-help channel of the Nanjing Branch of Minsheng Bank, and then through the SWOT analysis, This paper studies the construction and guarantee of self-service channel of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch. Firstly, the customer segmentation, target market selection and positioning of the self-service channel of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch are carried out. Then it studies the construction of self-service channel of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch, including the location analysis of self-service channel and innovation of self-service channel operation mode of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch. Finally, this paper studies the guarantee of self-service channel management of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch. The purpose of this paper is to put forward solutions and construction strategies for commercial banks in self-service channel development planning, operation management through the study of commercial bank self-help channel construction program and problems in self-service channel development and operation. The self-help channel is the channel for commercial banks to improve the service level, reduce the operating cost, make up for the lack of network, and establish the corporate image of the banks.
