我国中小商业银行差异化发展策略研究

【摘要】:我国中小商业银行近年来发展迅速,但由于国内外金融环境动荡,国际上金融危机愈演愈烈、国内通货膨胀蠢蠢欲动,使中小商业银行的发展和盈利空间不断缩小、经营管理受到严肃挑战,并且目前外资银行按照我国加入WTO时开放金融业的承诺,已经能够较为自由的在华设立分支机构、办理大部分人民币业务,同时国有大型银行的股份制改造也已先后完成,使得我国中小商业银行面临外资银行和国有大型银行的竞争加剧,尤其是新巴塞尔协议的推行(巴塞尔协议2),对中小商业银行的要求更加苛刻,再加上中小商业银行自身的发展规律,必然导致遇到发展瓶颈。 国内外的各种研究资料和实际情况表明,在激烈的银行业竞争中,中小商业银行只要立足于自身优势,制定和实施正确而明晰的市场定位,坚持走差异化和特色化道路,也是能够得到长足发展的。目前,我国银行业垄断程度较高,在一定程度上影响了整个银行业效益的提高,大力发展中小商业银行已成必然。虽然我国中小商业银行在许多方面与大型银行以及外资银行存在着比较大的差距,但其也具有自己生存和发展的各项比较优势。同时,,根据规模不经济以及X非效率等理论分析,走大型银行规模化经营的道路并不见得适合中小商业银行。目前,国内外的市场环境在给我国的中小商业银行发展带来挑战的同时也提供了非常好的机遇,如我国中小企业的蓬勃发展、个人金融的需求扩张等。所以,我国中小商业银行如果能发挥自身优势、克服劣势、抓住机会、摆脱市场威胁,就可以赢得更大的市场,实现跨越式的发展。经本文研究,我国中小商业银行应该采取如下发展策略:坚持差异化的市场定位、创新外部组织结构、建立特色化的企业文化以及拓展金融创新内容。
[Abstract]:The small and medium-sized commercial banks of our country have developed rapidly in recent years. However, due to the turbulence of the financial environment at home and abroad, the international financial crisis is becoming more and more intense, and domestic inflation is ready to move, the development and profit space of the small and medium-sized commercial banks are shrinking.Management has been seriously challenged, and foreign banks are now free to set up branches in China to handle most of the renminbi business, in accordance with the promise of opening up the financial sector when China joined the WTO.At the same time, the joint-stock system transformation of large state-owned banks has also been completed successively, which has made small and medium-sized commercial banks in our country face increased competition between foreign banks and large state-owned banks.In particular, the implementation of the New Basel Accord (Basel II), the requirements for small and medium-sized commercial banks more stringent, coupled with the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks, will inevitably lead to development bottlenecks.All kinds of research materials and actual situation at home and abroad show that in the fierce banking competition, small and medium-sized commercial banks should only base themselves on their own advantages, formulate and implement correct and clear market positioning, and adhere to the road of differentiation and characterization.Is also able to get considerable development.At present, the degree of banking monopoly in our country is relatively high, which to some extent affects the improvement of the benefit of the whole banking industry, so it is inevitable to vigorously develop the small and medium-sized commercial banks.Although there is a big gap between small and medium-sized commercial banks in China and large banks and foreign banks in many aspects, they also have their own comparative advantages of survival and development.At the same time, according to the theoretical analysis of scale uneconomy and X inefficiency, it is not suitable for small and medium-sized commercial banks to take the road of large-scale operation of large banks.At present, the domestic and foreign market environment not only brings challenges to the development of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China, but also provides very good opportunities, such as the vigorous development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, the expansion of personal financial demand and so on.Therefore, if the small and medium-sized commercial banks of our country can exert their own advantages, overcome the disadvantages, seize the opportunity and get rid of the market threat, they can win a bigger market and realize the development by leaps and bounds.Through the research of this paper, the small and medium-sized commercial banks of our country should adopt the following development strategies: insisting on the market orientation of differentiation, innovating the external organization structure, establishing the characteristic enterprise culture and expanding the content of financial innovation.
