汝阳县信用社金融业务创新研究

【摘要】:经过对当前国内外金融创新研究与实践的研究情况来看,大力发展金融业务、产品及服务创新是商业银行的必然选择,只有加快金融创新才能实现可持续发展,只有加快金融创新才能满足银行业自身发展的需求,只有金融创新才能适应经济金融环境、市场需求的客观要求,才能在金融竞争日趋激烈的情况下抢占市场、争夺客户,同时有效增加业务收入。通过对信用社业务经营状况、类型结构的综合分析,大力发展业务、产品及服务创新,是信用社、特别是中西部信用社的必然选择,但其中蕴含的潜在风险需加以有效防控,从而实现流动性、安全性、效益性的最优最佳组合。通过分析和研究,可以看出,当前汝阳县信用社金融创新存在着起步开发晚、整体规模小、业务品种少、平均收益低、业务风险大、思想观念旧的客观现实。究其原因,主要有几方面的原因:缺乏必要政策引导、同业竞争亟待规范、社会信用观念不强、业务推广步伐不快、营销主体参差不齐等等。 因此,,基于对以上几点现状及问题的分析,汝阳县信用社金融业务创新的思路及种类选择可以归纳为:建立四项机制:建立业务创新机制,营造良好的外部环境,完善新业务营销机制,加强新业务风险控制,发展信用社特色新业务。而在此思路的基础上,结合汝阳县信用社自身特点,要重点发展好五大类、十二个新业务:存款新业务,贷款新业务,票据新业务,信用卡新业务,电子银行业务,银行代理业务,资本市场中的信用社新业务,保管箱业务,信息顾问类业务,担保类中间业务,承诺类中间业务,其他新业务。才能最终形成自己的新业务品牌,满足外部客户需求的同时,有效增加信用社自身业务收入。
[Abstract]:According to the current situation of financial innovation research and practice at home and abroad, it is an inevitable choice for commercial banks to develop financial business, product and service innovation. Only by speeding up financial innovation can sustainable development be realized. Only by speeding up the financial innovation can we meet the needs of the banking industry's own development, only the financial innovation can meet the objective requirements of the economic and financial environment and the market demand, can we seize the market and compete for the customers under the increasingly fierce financial competition. At the same time effectively increase business income. Through the comprehensive analysis of the business operation and type structure of credit cooperatives, it is an inevitable choice for credit cooperatives, especially the central and western credit cooperatives, to develop their business, products and service innovation, but the potential risks contained therein need to be effectively prevented and controlled. Thus, the optimal combination of fluidity, safety and efficiency is realized. Through analysis and research, we can see that the current financial innovation of Ruyang County credit cooperatives has the objective reality of late development, small overall scale, small business variety, low average income, large business risk and old ideas. There are several main reasons: lack of necessary policy guidance, industry competition needs to be standardized, social credit concept is not strong, business promotion pace is not fast, the main body of marketing is uneven, and so on. Therefore, based on the analysis of the status quo and problems above, the ideas and types of financial innovation of Ruyang credit cooperatives can be summed up as follows: to establish four mechanisms: to establish business innovation mechanism, to create a good external environment, Perfect the new business marketing mechanism, strengthen the new business risk control, develop new business with characteristics of credit cooperatives. On the basis of this idea, and in combination with the characteristics of Ruyang County Credit Cooperatives, it is necessary to focus on the development of five major categories, twelve new businesses: new deposits, new loans, new bills, new credit cards, and electronic banking. Bank agency business, new business of credit cooperatives in capital market, safekeeping box business, information consultant business, guarantee type intermediate business, commitment type intermediate business, other new business. Finally, it can form its own new business brand and meet the needs of external customers, and effectively increase the business income of credit cooperatives.
