中国银行供应链金融研究

【摘要】:供应链金融作为当前国内外商业银行的新兴金融服务,成为商业银行新的业务增长点。我国的商业银行是近五年左右才开始涉足这项业务的。在全球化背景下,企业的竞争力逐步转化为供应链竞争力的较量。商业银行通过开展供应链金融,可以协调整个链条资金流,降低供应链整体财务成本,提供系统性金融解决方案,它顺应了我国企业乃至供应链发展的迫切需要。因此,研究商业银行如何开展供应链金融,如何完善其产品和服务,如何为我国的企业乃至供应链提供融资解决方案,促进其经济发展,显得十分有意义。 本文选取中国银行为例,考察了目前中国银行开展供应链金融服务的各方面状况,梳理了其存在的问题,提出了相应的改进意见,进而,为我国其他商业银行发展供应链金融提供了借鉴。中国银行是我国大型国有控股商业银行之一,按核心资本计算,2011年中国银行在世界1000家大银行排名中列第9位,在我国的商业银行中,拥有最多的海外分支机构,它在我国商业银行占用举足轻重的地位。选取中国银行作为研究对象,有助于比较全面的研究我国商业银行开展供应链金融。经过理论研究、材料搜集、专业人士访谈和国内各家商业银行开展供应链金融情况调查,本研究对比中国银行该项业务的发展状况,从以下三个方面描述了中国银行供应链金融开展现状,归纳出其存在的不足,并提出针对性的建议:从供应链金融产品方案角度,梳理了中国银行现有的主要产品,归纳出其主要三方面不足:缺少预付款类产品、面临产品创新挑战、还未与第三方机构建立战略合作伙伴关系。针对这些不足,建议中国银行在已有的订单融资产品基础上,借鉴同业预付款类业务的实践经验,开发中国银行预付款类产品;面临产品创新的挑战,中国银行需要建立全新的产品创新体系、流程和理念,只有反应迅速、不断创新的内部机制,才能时刻适应市场,不断创新;对于寻找适当的第三方机构作为战略合作伙伴关系,提出中国银行采纳金融与物流的再结合方案,借鉴国内外经验,有层次分步骤的与物流企业深入合作。 通过以上三个方面的描述、分析和建议,针对中国银行改进供应链金融服务提供了借鉴。从宏观层面上,同样关注到,我国商业银行发展供应链金融需要关注整个“供应链金融生态环境”,其中最主要包括法律环境、社会信用体系和技术发展环境。因此,我国商业银行不仅要不断完善自身的产品服务和内部管理,也要适应我国供应链金融生态环境,逐步发展,只有这样,供应链金融服务这项新兴的金融服务,才能在中国银行,乃至我国所有的商业银行蓬勃发展,才能为中国的企业及其供应链带来更优质的金融服务。
[Abstract]:Supply chain finance, as a new financial service of commercial banks at home and abroad, has become a new business growth point of commercial banks. The commercial banks of our country only began to set foot in this business about five years ago. In the context of globalization, the competitiveness of enterprises is gradually transformed into the competition of supply chain competitiveness. Through the development of supply chain finance, commercial banks can coordinate the whole chain capital flow, reduce the overall financial cost of the supply chain, and provide systematic financial solutions. It conforms to the urgent needs of the development of Chinese enterprises and supply chain. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how commercial banks develop supply chain finance, how to perfect their products and services, how to provide financing solutions for Chinese enterprises and even supply chain, and how to promote their economic development. Taking Bank of China as an example, this paper reviews the current situation of Bank of China in carrying out supply chain financial services, combs its existing problems, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement. It provides reference for other commercial banks to develop supply chain finance. The Bank of China is one of the largest state-owned holding commercial banks in China. In terms of its core capital, Bank of China ranked ninth among the world's 1000 largest banks in 2011, and it has the largest number of overseas branches among commercial banks in China. It occupies a pivotal position in China's commercial banks. Selecting Bank of China as the research object is helpful to the comprehensive study of the supply chain finance of Chinese commercial banks. Through theoretical research, material collection, professional interviews and domestic commercial banks conducting supply chain finance surveys, this study compares the development of this business in Bank of China. This paper describes the current situation of Bank of China supply chain finance from the following three aspects, sums up its shortcomings, and puts forward some suggestions: from the point of view of the supply chain financial product plan, this paper combs the main products of Bank of China. Three main shortcomings are summarized: the lack of advance payment products, the challenge of product innovation, and the lack of strategic partnership with third parties. In view of these shortcomings, it is suggested that the Bank of China should, on the basis of the existing order financing products, draw lessons from the practical experience of the industry's pre-payment business to develop the pre-payment products of the Bank of China, and face the challenge of product innovation. Bank of China needs to establish a new product innovation system, process and concept, only the rapid response, continuous innovation of the internal mechanism, can always adapt to the market, constantly innovative; In order to find appropriate third party organizations as strategic partnership, the bank of China adopts the plan of recombination of finance and logistics, draws lessons from domestic and foreign experience, and cooperates with logistics enterprises step by step. Through the above three aspects of the description, analysis and recommendations for the Bank of China to improve the supply chain financial services to provide reference. From the macro level, we also pay attention to the whole "supply chain financial ecological environment", including the legal environment, the social credit system and the technological development environment. Therefore, China's commercial banks should not only continuously improve their own products, services and internal management, but also adapt to the ecological environment of supply chain finance and gradually develop. Only in this way, supply chain financial services, as a new financial service, Only in the Bank of China, and even all commercial banks in China, can we bring higher quality financial services to Chinese enterprises and their supply chains.
