J证券公司经纪业务竞争策略研究

【摘要】:目前,中小型券商的发展处于困境,有针对性地制定经纪业务竞争策略已成为券商经营中的核心问题。 本文在总结国内外证券经纪业务竞争策略的相关理论研究的基础上,从主要业务状况、经纪业务内部环境和外部环境三个方面,对J证券公司经纪业务内外部环境进行了详尽的分析。以此客观依据,,运用SWOT分析,分析了J证券公司经纪业务的品牌、地缘、技术与服务平台和企业文化等竞争优势;分析了市场开发与业务创新能力下降、产品但一切覆盖面小、忽视客户投资需求等竞争劣势;分析了经纪业务结构和经营模式等发展潜力;分析了经纪业务市场集中度、周期波动性、竞争环境等方面存在的威胁。 针对分析J证券公司经纪业务现状和存在的问题,结合J证券公司的内外部环境和经纪业务转型的契机,从公司组织架构优化、管理措施改进、经营模式调整、新产品开发等方面提出了完善J证券公司经纪业务竞争策略的系列建议。其中,优化组织架构和改进管理措施是建立和完善经纪业务竞争策略的重要基础;调整经营模式和加强新产品开发,才能充分满足客户需求,提高客户满意度,这是提高J证券公司经纪业务竞争力的关键。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of small and medium-sized securities companies is in a difficult position, and it has become the core problem in the operation of securities companies to formulate the competitive strategy of brokerage business. On the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical research of domestic and foreign securities brokerage business competition strategy, this paper analyzes the main business situation, the internal environment and the external environment of the brokerage business. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of brokerage business in J Securities Company. Based on this objective basis, using SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the competitive advantages of the brokerage business of J Securities Company, such as brand, geography, technology and service platform and corporate culture, and analyzes the decline of market development and business innovation ability, but the small coverage of all products, It also analyzes the development potential of brokerage business structure and business model, and analyzes the threats to the market concentration, cycle volatility and competitive environment of brokerage business. According to the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of brokerage business in J Securities Company, combined with the internal and external environment of J Securities Company and the opportunity of the transformation of brokerage business, from the optimization of the company's organizational structure, the improvement of management measures, the adjustment of business model, New product development and other aspects put forward a series of suggestions to perfect the competitive strategy of brokerage business of J Securities Company. Among them, optimizing the organization structure and improving the management measures are the important foundation of establishing and perfecting the competitive strategy of brokerage business, adjusting the business model and strengthening the new product development, can fully meet the customer's demand, improve the customer's satisfaction, This is to improve J securities brokerage business competitiveness key.
