基于金融地理理论的山东区域金融中心建设研究

【摘要】:金融地理学作为一门八十年代后迅速兴起的理论,已经成为经济地理学的重要分支,金融地理理论越来越多的被应用于各种金融活动的实践中。特别是金融中心的建设,,与金融地理理论的联系尤为明显。本文在这一发展趋势的基础上,以金融地理理论为基点,研究了区域金融中心的建设。文章以山东省建设区域金融中心为例,在定量与定性两方面对山东省的各方面条件进行综合分析,经过分析得出,山东省具备建设省区域范围内金融中心的综合实力,并且是有必要建设山东区域金融中心的。 本文首先对金融地理理论做了详细的介绍,对国内外有关金融地理理论的文献做了综述,理清了金融地理理论的不同发展阶段。在这些理论基础上,论证了区域金融中心是如何在金融地理理论的框架下进行构建的。在论证区域金融中心建设的章节中,先选取了国内外成功金融中心建设的案例,通过对这些成功经验的分析与比较,选择其中可以借鉴的经验进行运用。其次,用定量和定性的方法对全山东省范围内的资源、政治、经济等方面进行详细的论述分析。在定量分析中,运用了区位熵分析法和Panel-Date模型;定性分析中,对山东省近年来经济的发展状况进行了全面的分析和例证。通过一系列的分析,对山东省区域金融中心建设的可行性进一步的确定。最后,对山东省内各市的经济、文化、政治等方面进行比较,对山东省区域金融中心节点城市进行了选择,最终选取省会济南为节点城市,把山东省区域金融中心的建设定位于:以济南为节点城市的单核型区域金融中心。另外,对为何选取济南为中心节点城市,作为节点城市如何发挥作用,进行了详细的分析,阐述了济南在这方面相对其他城市的优势。文章的最后,提出了山东省区域金融中心建设的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Financial geography, as an important branch of economic geography, has become an important branch of economic geography since 1980s. Financial geography theory is more and more used in the practice of all kinds of financial activities. In particular, the construction of financial center, and financial geography theory of the relationship is particularly obvious. Based on the development trend, this paper studies the construction of regional financial center based on the theory of financial geography. Taking the construction of regional financial center in Shandong Province as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzes the conditions of Shandong Province in both quantitative and qualitative aspects. Through the analysis, it is concluded that Shandong Province has the comprehensive strength to build regional financial center in the province. And it is necessary to build Shandong regional financial center. In this paper, the theory of financial geography is introduced in detail, and the literature about financial geography is summarized, and the different stages of development of financial geography theory are clarified. On the basis of these theories, this paper demonstrates how the regional financial center is constructed under the framework of financial geography theory. In the chapter of demonstrating the construction of regional financial center, we select the case of successful financial center construction at home and abroad, through the analysis and comparison of these successful experiences, choose the experience that can be used for reference. Secondly, the resources, politics and economy of Shandong Province are discussed and analyzed in detail by quantitative and qualitative methods. In the quantitative analysis, the location entropy analysis and Panel-Date model are used, and in the qualitative analysis, the economic development of Shandong Province in recent years is comprehensively analyzed and exemplified. Through a series of analysis, the feasibility of the construction of regional financial center in Shandong Province is further determined. Finally, the economic, cultural, political and other aspects of Shandong province are compared, and the regional financial center node cities of Shandong Province are selected. Finally, Jinan, the provincial capital, is chosen as the node city. The construction of Shandong regional financial center is defined as a single core regional financial center with Jinan as the node city. In addition, this paper analyzes in detail why Jinan is chosen as the central node city and how to play its role as the node city, and expounds the advantages of Jinan compared with other cities in this respect. At the end of the article, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on the construction of regional financial center in Shandong province.
