【摘要】:个人客户经理制度是西方商业银行实施市场营销战略的一个重要手段,是商业银行服务观念的一次创新。因文化背景以及管理体制的不同,个人客户经理制度这个舶来品,,在中资银行尚处于摸索阶段,黑龙江建行正在极力探寻一种适合自身的科学合理的个人客户经理制度。 本论文通过对商业银行个人客户经理制度的认识,将深层次地研究这项制度的发展,通过研究黑龙江建行个人客户经理制度的组织结构、人力资源状况、实施和发展中出现的诸多问题以及与国内外商业银行个人客户经理制度的比较,对此提出个人客户经理制度的实施方案和建议。 本文主要采用定性分析的研究方法,重点着墨于黑龙江建行个人客户经理制的现状和存在的一些问题,结合企业实际情况,从多角度进行分析,并以花旗银行、浦发银行为例,阐述和分析了国内外银行的一些先进的经验和做法,为黑龙江建行完善客户经理制度提出对策,以解决该行个人客户经理制实施过程中存在的问题,进一步提高企业的营销竞争力,并为黑龙江建行个人客户经理制度的建立提供一些启示。对于提升和改善黑龙江建行个人客户经理制度的发展并使之进一步优化具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The system of individual customer manager is an important means for western commercial banks to implement marketing strategy and an innovation of the service concept of commercial banks. Because of the different cultural background and management system, the personal customer manager system is still in the exploratory stage in the Chinese banks. Heilongjiang Construction Bank is trying to find a scientific and reasonable personal account manager system suitable for its own. Through the understanding of the personal account manager system of commercial banks, this paper will deeply study the development of this system, and through the study of the organizational structure and human resources situation of the individual account manager system of Heilongjiang Construction Bank, The problems in the implementation and development and the comparison with the individual account manager system of commercial banks at home and abroad are put forward. This article mainly adopts the qualitative analysis research method, focuses on the Heilongjiang Construction Bank personal account manager system present situation and the existence question, unifies the enterprise actual situation, carries on the analysis from the multi-angle, and takes the Citibank, the Pudong Development Bank as the example, This paper expounds and analyzes some advanced experiences and practices of domestic and foreign banks, and puts forward some countermeasures for Heilongjiang Construction Bank to perfect the account manager system in order to solve the problems existing in the implementation of the bank's personal account manager system. Further improve the marketing competitiveness of enterprises, and provide some enlightenment for the establishment of individual account manager system of Heilongjiang Construction Bank. It is of practical significance to promote and improve the development and further optimization of Heilongjiang Construction Bank's personal account manager system.
