工商银行企业社会责任研究

【摘要】：伴随着我国社会主义市场经济改革建设的进步,各类企业发展迅速。与企业经济实力快速发展相对应的是,企业履行社会责任的整体情况较差,特别是污染环境、损害消费者利益等案例时有发生,企业社会责任受到来自学术界和社会公众的极大关注。工商银行改制后作为我国国有控股的上市商业银行,在国有企业系统和整个国民经济都起到重要的作用,其社会责任行为是社会关注的焦点。以工商银行为对象研究企业社会责任具有典型的意义,一方面,弥补了现有企业社会责任研究在金融业方面的一些空白,推动理论的发展。另一方面,对工商银行的社会责任研究不但给工商银行提供了改革建议,还为国企改革背景下的国有企业特别是金融类国有企业的社会责任战略提供了参考依据,促进整个社会的企业社会责任发展。本文以工商银行的社会责任实践为研究对象,分析了工商银行的社会责任理念；工商银行履行社会责任的具体情况以及经验教训；如何完善工商银行企业社会责任模型；如何构建完善的企业社会责任监督体系,促进工商银行进一步履行社会责任等问题。以利益相关者理论和卡罗尔社会责任模型为基础,通过文献研究法、比较研究法、定性研究法,本文得出如下结论：工商银行履行社会责任在取得一定成绩的情况下,存在诸如社会责任体系不健全、责任管理体制相对混乱、社会责任意识需要提高等问题。立法机关和政府部门应该从监管的角度建立完善的企业社会责任体系；工商银行应调整其社会责任战略,提高本企业的社会责任意识,贯彻可持续发展的理念,完善其社会责任履行机制。
[Abstract]:With the progress of reform and construction of socialist market economy in China, all kinds of enterprises are developing rapidly. Corresponding to the rapid development of enterprises' economic strength, the overall situation of enterprises in fulfilling their social responsibilities is poor, especially in cases such as polluting the environment and harming the interests of consumers. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has received great attention from academia and the public. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has played an important role in the state-owned enterprise system and the whole national economy, and its social responsibility behavior is the focus of social concern. It is of typical significance to study corporate social responsibility with ICBC as the object. On the one hand, it makes up for some gaps in the current research on corporate social responsibility and promotes the development of theory. On the other hand, the research on the social responsibility of ICBC not only provides the reform advice for ICBC, but also provides a reference for the strategy of social responsibility of state-owned enterprises, especially financial state-owned enterprises, under the background of SOE reform. Promote the development of corporate social responsibility of the whole society. Taking the social responsibility practice of ICBC as the research object, this paper analyzes the ICBC's concept of social responsibility, the concrete situation of ICBC's social responsibility performance and its experience and lessons, how to perfect ICBC's corporate social responsibility model, and how to improve ICBC's corporate social responsibility model. How to build a perfect supervision system of corporate social responsibility and promote ICBC to fulfill social responsibility. Based on stakeholder theory and Carroll's model of social responsibility, through literature research, comparative study and qualitative research, this paper draws the following conclusions: ICBC has achieved certain achievements in fulfilling its social responsibility. There are some problems such as imperfect system of social responsibility, relative confusion of responsibility management system and need to improve the consciousness of social responsibility. The legislature and government departments should establish a perfect corporate social responsibility system from the perspective of supervision, and the Industrial and Commercial Bank should adjust its social responsibility strategy, raise the awareness of its own enterprise's social responsibility, and implement the concept of sustainable development. Improve its social responsibility performance mechanism.
