建行长春经济技术开发区支行个人理财业务发展策略

【摘要】:自中国建设银行2006年股改并在香港上市以来,金融产品不断创新,各项管理愈发规范,服务水平逐年提高,经营效益持续增长,整体竞争实力不断增强,已成为目前市值世界第二国内业务领先的现代金融企业。建行长春经济技术开发区(以下简称CK)支行作为建设银行吉林省分行在长春经济技术开发区设立的一个经营机构,因应改革发展需要,积极支持当地经济发展,主动服务辖内企事业金融业务需求,与全国建行保持了同步的发展态势,经过近几年的发展,在吉林省内特别是在长春经济技术开发区区域内已成为功能齐全、产品丰富、管理规范、效益领先、规模相当的金融机构。 但是,随着吉林省经济的快速发展和经济总量的迅速提高,一些中小股份银行如浦发银行、招商银行、华夏银行、兴业银行、民生银行、中信银行等等纷纷入住长春,随着这些中小股份制银行的进入,原有的金融格局发生了较大的变化。特别是中小股份制银行包括吉林银行、盛京银行等区域银行对个人理财业务的强势竞争,在长春经济技术开发区辖内,建行个人理财传统的优势面临挑战,新的发展充满变数,如何在新形势下保持优势,规避风险前提下抓住机遇,拓展个人银行业务市场发展个人理财业务已成为不可回避的课题。希望通过本文的剖析研究和探讨,能够扬长避短,进一步提高建行个人理财业务的竞争力,抓住机遇迎接挑战,取得个人理财业务更大的发展和进步。 具体而言,就是通过分析比较,建行CK支行在目前各家金融机构强势竞争个人理财客户和市场的态势下,还存在着个人理财产品创新频率低,服务内容单一,合作的保险、证券机构局限性大,从业人员业务素质亟待提高的现实不利因素。这些都制约了建行CK支行个人理财业务的发展,制约了个人理财客户的营销和整个区域市场的进一步开拓。为此,建行CK支行应着重从以下几点改变现状,突出特色服务。一是创新个人理财业务内涵,从创新产品体系吸引并培育客户;二是设立高端客户私人银行,从硬件上提升服务品质彰显尊贵和独特;三是引进扩大保险、证券机构合作范围,互惠共赢;四是增强企业文化建设加大员工培训力度,,强化业务技能同时,让员工对建行CK支行有归属感、责任感,荣誉感。从而使建行CK支行抓住机遇率先改革、完善、发展,继续保持同业个人理财业务领先地位。
[Abstract]:Since the China Construction Bank's share reform and listing in Hong Kong in 2006, financial products have been continuously innovated, various management has become more standardized, the level of service has been improved year by year, the operating efficiency has continued to grow, and the overall competitive strength has been continuously enhanced. Market value has become the world's second leading domestic business of modern financial enterprises. The Changchun Economic and technological Development Zone of China Construction Bank (hereinafter referred to as CK), as an operating organization set up by the Jilin Branch of the Construction Bank in Changchun Economic and technological Development Zone, actively supports local economic development in response to the needs of reform and development. Taking the initiative to serve the business needs of enterprises and institutions within its jurisdiction, it has kept pace with the development of China Construction Bank. After several years of development, in Jilin Province, especially in Changchun Economic and technological Development Zone, it has become fully functional and rich in products. The management standard, the benefit is leading, the scale is equal to the financial institution. However, with the rapid development of the economy of Jilin Province and the rapid improvement of the total economic volume, some small and medium-sized stock banks such as Pudong Development Bank, China Merchants Bank, Huaxia Bank, Industrial Bank, Minsheng Bank, CITIC Bank and so on have moved to Changchun. With the entry of these medium-and-small-stock banks, the original financial pattern has changed greatly. In particular, small and medium-sized joint-stock banks, including Jilin Bank, Shengjing Bank and other regional banks, are in strong competition for personal finance business. Within the jurisdiction of Changchun Economic and technological Development Zone, CCB's traditional advantages of personal finance are facing challenges and the new development is full of variables. How to keep the advantage under the new situation, grasp the opportunity under the premise of avoiding the risk and expand the market of the personal banking business to develop the personal finance business has become an unavoidable subject. It is hoped that through the analysis and study of this article, we can further improve the competitiveness of CCB's personal finance business, seize the opportunity to meet the challenge, and achieve greater development and progress of personal finance business. In particular, through analysis and comparison, the CK branch of CCB, under the current situation of strong competition among financial institutions for personal financial customers and the market, still has insurance for low innovation frequency of personal finance products, single service content, and cooperation. The limitation of securities institutions is great, and the professional quality of employees needs to be improved urgently. All these restrict the development of personal finance business of CK branch of CCB, and restrict the marketing of personal financial clients and the further development of the whole regional market. Therefore, the construction bank CK branch should focus on the following points to change the status quo, highlight the characteristics of service. First, to innovate the connotation of personal finance business, to attract and cultivate customers from the innovative product system; second, to set up high-end customer private banks to enhance the quality of service from the hardware; third, to introduce and expand the scope of cooperation between insurance and securities institutions. The fourth is to strengthen the construction of corporate culture to strengthen staff training, strengthen business skills, let employees have a sense of belonging to CK branch, sense of responsibility, sense of honor. Therefore, the CK branch of CCB will seize the opportunity to reform, perfect and develop, and continue to maintain the leading position of personal finance business in the same industry.
