【摘要】：自跨境贸易人民币结算试点以来,跨境人民币结算业务发展迅猛,呈现爆发式增长。本论文针对跨境贸易人民币结算的产生的背景和发展现状,从企业、银行和监管部门三个层面深入阐述了跨境贸易人民币结算业务发展的必要性,运用国际贸易结算货币理论,深入分析人民币成为国际贸易结算货币的必要条件,得出跨境贸易人民币结算是我国加速人民币国际化进程中第一步的结论。同时跨境人民币结算业务也为商业银行带来了大发展的机遇和挑战,结合中行甘肃分行开展跨境贸易人民币结算业务的情况和目前存在的问题,从改变宣传培训模式,提高认知度；调整市场研究思路发现市场商机；建立客户细分模式,挖掘潜力客户；以及规划产品实施方案四个方面提出中行甘肃分行跨境贸易人民币结算业务的拓展策略,并从完善运营管理、加强风险内控管理和建立绩效管理三个方面提出对跨境人民币结算业务实施的内部管理措施,旨在全面推动甘肃分行跨境人民币结算业务,改变业务结构,丰富国际结算业务品种,实现业务多元化,创造新的利润增长点。虽然跨境人民币结算业务还面临一些困难和缺陷,但它的发展前景无限广阔,将为中行甘肃分行带来巨大的发展空间。
[Abstract]:Since the trial of RMB settlement for cross-border trade, cross-border RMB settlement business has developed rapidly, showing explosive growth. Aiming at the background and current situation of RMB settlement in cross-border trade, this paper expounds the necessity of RMB settlement business development in cross-border trade from three aspects: enterprises, banks and regulators, and applies the monetary theory of international trade settlement. By analyzing the necessary conditions for RMB to become the currency of international trade settlement, it is concluded that RMB settlement of cross-border trade is the first step in accelerating the internationalization of RMB in China. At the same time, cross-border RMB settlement business has also brought great development opportunities and challenges for commercial banks. According to the situation and problems existing in the cross-border trade RMB settlement business carried out by Bank of China Gansu Branch, we should change the propaganda and training model. Improve awareness; adjust market research ideas to find market business opportunities; establish customer segmentation model, tap potential customers; and plan the implementation of products in four aspects of the Bank of China Gansu Branch cross-border trade RMB settlement business expansion strategy, And from three aspects of perfecting the operation management, strengthening the risk internal control management and establishing the performance management, the paper puts forward the internal management measures to the cross-border RMB settlement business, in order to promote the cross-border RMB settlement business of Gansu Branch comprehensively and change the business structure. Enrich the variety of international settlement business, achieve business diversification, create a new profit growth point. Although cross-border RMB settlement business still faces some difficulties and defects, but its development prospects are boundless, will bring huge development space for Bank of China Gansu Branch.
