基于理财业务创新的国有商业银行核心竞争力研究

【摘要】:从某种程度上说,银行的核心竞争力是银行生存的基础和进行战略策划和管理的核心目标所在。到2011年底,四大国有商业银行的资产总额占我国银行业资产总额的50%以上,因此,对国有商业银行核心竞争力进行分析和评价具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文结合我国国有商业银行的服务行业特点,从银行理财业务创新的角度来展开国有商业银行核心竞争力塑造的研究,尝试将理财业务创新纳入国有商业银行核心竞争力的评价体系,对国有商业银行核心竞争力进行定性和定量分析,最后得出结论,理财业务创新对于国有商业银行核心竞争力具有重大的推动和提升作用。 本文首先通过文献综述介绍了国内外关于企业核心竞争力和国有商业银行核心竞争力的研究,通过对金融创新理论和现代投资组合理论的介绍,回顾了我国国有商业银行理财业务创新的理论基础。然后,结合我国国有商业银行的发展历程,以及银行理财业务的发展现状,明确了国有商业银行核心竞争力的含义,同时通过构建核心竞争力的三棱锥模型,对国有商业银行的核心竞争力的形成机理进行分析,在此基础上,通过核心业务能力、经营能力、创新能力、风险管理能力、公司治理能力、企业文化及人力资源能力七个层面构建我国国有商业银行核心竞争力的评价体系,对国有商业银行的核心竞争力和理财业务创新之间的关系进行探讨,最后得出结论并提出相应政策建议,理财业务创新对于国有商业银行核心竞争力具有重大的推动和提升作用,各行要尽快制定切合自身实际的理财业务发展战略规划,打造复合型优秀理财人员队伍,加大营销宣传力度,让本行推出的理财业务深入人心,完善客户管理和信息服务系统,完善各类网上交易系统建设等,不断提高国有商业银行核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:To some extent, the core competence of banks is the basis of survival and the core goal of strategic planning and management. By the end of 2011, the total assets of the four state-owned commercial banks accounted for more than 50% of the total assets of China's banking industry. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and evaluate the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks. Based on the characteristics of the service industry of state-owned commercial banks in China, this paper studies the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks from the perspective of financial management business innovation. This paper attempts to bring the innovation of financial management business into the evaluation system of the core competence of state-owned commercial banks, carries on the qualitative and quantitative analysis to the core competence of state-owned commercial banks, and finally draws a conclusion. Financial management innovation plays an important role in promoting and promoting the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks. Firstly, this paper introduces the research on the core competence of enterprises and state-owned commercial banks at home and abroad through literature review, and introduces the theory of financial innovation and modern portfolio theory. This paper reviews the theoretical basis of financial management business innovation of state-owned commercial banks in China. Then, according to the development course of state-owned commercial banks in our country and the present situation of banking business development, this paper clarifies the meaning of the core competence of state-owned commercial banks, and constructs the three-prism model of the core competence at the same time. On the basis of analyzing the forming mechanism of the core competence of state-owned commercial banks, through the core business ability, the management ability, the innovation ability, the risk management ability, the company governance ability, The evaluation system of core competence of state-owned commercial banks in China is constructed from seven aspects of corporate culture and human resource ability, and the relationship between the core competence of state-owned commercial banks and financial management business innovation is discussed. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward. The innovation of financial management business plays an important role in promoting and promoting the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks. Each bank should formulate a strategic plan for the development of financial management business in line with its own reality as soon as possible. To create a complex team of outstanding financial personnel, increase marketing and publicity, so that the bank launched financial management business, improve customer management and information service systems, improve the construction of various online trading systems, etc. We will continue to improve the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks.
