中国银行MC县支行电子银行业务发展研究

【摘要】：随着信息技术的飞速发展，社会经济的运行模式正在发生着深刻变化，基于互联网进行业务转型，不仅是众多行业快速发展的共同趋势，而且已成为决定传统行业兴衰成败的重要因素。对于我国银行业而言，不仅面临着经济结构调整、经济增长方式转变和同业竞争加剧的压力，同时也面临着电子商务和互联网创新商业模式的巨大冲击。第三方支付机构正在逐步实现支付结算业务的多元化，为客户提供免费的跨行转账、信用卡还款和代缴费等服务，这些业务已经渗透到银行的支付结算和代收付领域。国内各家商业银行，正在将产品发展重心从传统业务迁移至电子银行渠道；将业务定位从简单的产品交付转向营销服务的提供，将发展重点从业务规模扩展转向业务潜力的挖掘与经营模式的优化。金融业电子银行业务渠道日趋完备、产品日趋丰富，竞争日趋激烈。本文尝试通过以中国银行MC县域支行为研究对象，在充分调研该行经营管理与运行机制，当地政治经济环境与同业竞争现状，借鉴成功经验，，结合电子商务和互联网运行模式，确定MC县支行电子银行业务的发展目标和发展措施，包括：发展目标确定、组织架构调整、人才队伍建设、工作绩效考核、市场营销等方面的具体实施方法、步骤与要求。中国银行MC县支行必须顺应政治、经济与信息技术发展趋势，正视自身存在的问题与外部威胁，把电子银行业务作为快速发展的引擎，创新营销渠道、产品和管理方法，推进由单一交易处理渠道向综合性的营销处理渠道转变，才能实现跨越式发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the operation mode of social economy is undergoing profound changes. Business transformation based on the Internet is not only the common trend of rapid development of many industries. And has become a traditional industry to determine the success or failure of an important factor. For China's banking industry, it is not only facing the pressure of economic structure adjustment, economic growth mode transformation and intensified competition in the same industry, but also facing the huge impact of e-commerce and Internet innovation business model. Third party payment organizations are gradually diversifying payment and settlement services, providing customers with free cross-bank transfer, credit card repayment and payment services, which have penetrated into the field of bank payment, settlement and payment. Domestic commercial banks are shifting the focus of product development from traditional business to electronic banking channels, and shifting their business positioning from simple product delivery to the provision of marketing services. The development focus from business scale expansion to business potential mining and business model optimization. Financial industry electronic banking business channels are becoming more and more complete, products increasingly rich, increasingly fierce competition. Based on the research object of MC county branch behavior of Bank of China, this paper studies the management and operation mechanism of the bank, the local political and economic environment and the current situation of competition in the same industry, and draws lessons from the successful experience, and combines the electronic commerce and the Internet operation mode. To determine the development objectives and development measures of the electronic banking business of MC county sub-branch, including: development goal determination, organizational structure adjustment, talent team building, work performance evaluation, marketing and other aspects of the specific implementation methods, steps and requirements. The MC county branch of Bank of China must conform to the development trend of politics, economy and information technology, face up to its own problems and external threats, regard electronic banking as the engine of rapid development, innovate marketing channels, products and management methods. Only by changing from a single transaction processing channel to a comprehensive marketing processing channel can we achieve leapfrog development.
