我国民间借贷的发展现状与规范化研究

【摘要】：当前民间借贷跑路潮的爆发引起了社会各界的广泛关注。文章通过对我国民间借贷发展的时空演变及民间借贷问题的原因分析,研究发现:无序的民间借贷不利于社会安定;借贷去向脱离实体经济导致产业空心化;民间借贷高利率加重企业财务负担;民间借贷风险逐步向银行渗透。针对这些问题提出了促进我国民间借贷规范化发展的对策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the outbreak of private lending run-off caused widespread concern from all walks of life. Based on the analysis of the time and space evolution of the development of private lending in China and the causes of the problem of private lending, the paper finds that the disorder of private lending is not conducive to social stability, the departure of lending from the real economy leads to the hollowing out of industry. The high interest rate of private lending increases the financial burden of enterprises; the risk of private lending gradually infiltrates the banks. In view of these problems, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the standardization development of folk lending in China.
