工商银行湖南省分行电子银行业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的高速发展和互联网的快速普及,电子银行作为银行一种全新的服务方式,开始越来越多地被人们所接受,它在一定程度上影响着银行业得发展方向,并进一步影响着银行业的竞争格局和管理模式。电子银行凭借其“任何地点”、“任何时间、“任何方式”的3A服务等特点,并为客户提供高效、安全、便捷的金融服务,,深受广大客户的欢迎。电子银行业务在分流柜面压力、降低经营成本、提高客户忠诚度等方面发挥越来越重要的作用。实践证明:电子银行业务发展较好的支行,经营效益一般也较好。 湖南工行高度重视电子银行业务的发展,通过十年的跑马圈地,湖南工行电子银行客户数快速提升,目前客户规模在省内稳居第一。但电子银行作为一种新型的银行服务方式,由于其起步较晚、经验缺乏,湖南工行电子银行业务仍然存在粗犷发展的状况,比如客户数较多,但有效户占比不高;比如规模发展较快,但售后服务跟不上;比如电子功能日趋丰富,但员工素质并未跟上,等等。这些新问题如果得不到有效的解决,湖南工行电子银行业务将不能得到有效持续发展。本文对论题的研究采取理论与实践相结合的方式,采取提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的技术路线,从剖析湖南省电子银行业务发展状况出发,重点研究并系统分析湖南工行电子银行发展过程中比较突出的问题。同时运用PORTER、ADL、Ansoff等理论以及PEST、竞争力分析、SWOT分析方法,对湖南工行电子银行业务的发展环境、定位分析。在此基础上,提出具体的发展策略和实施内容。本文旨在通过相应策略的实施,试图对推动湖南工行电子银行业务又好、又快发展提出具有可行性的一些意见和建议,确保湖南工行电子银行业务“三湘第一电子银行”地位。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid popularity of the Internet, electronic banking as a new way of banking services, began to be more and more accepted by people, to some extent, it affects the direction of banking development. And further influence the competition pattern and management mode of the banking industry. Electronic banking with its "anywhere", "anytime," any way "3A services, and to provide customers with efficient, safe and convenient financial services, deeply welcomed by the majority of customers. Electronic banking plays a more and more important role in distributing counter pressure, reducing operating cost and improving customer loyalty. Practice proves: the branch that electronic bank business develops better, management benefit is also good generally. Hunan Industrial and Commercial Bank attaches great importance to the development of electronic banking business. However, as a new type of banking service, due to its late start and lack of experience, Hunan ICBC still has a rough development of its electronic banking business, such as a large number of customers, but the proportion of effective accounts is not high; For example, the scale develops rapidly, but the after-sales service can not keep up; for example, the electronic function is becoming more and more abundant, but the quality of the staff has not kept up, and so on. If these new problems are not effectively solved, ICBC's electronic banking business will not be able to develop effectively and continuously. In this paper, the author combines theory with practice, takes the technical route of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, starting from analyzing the development of electronic banking business in Hunan Province. Focus on the study and systematic analysis of Hunan ICBC Electronic Bank in the development process of the more prominent problems. At the same time, by using the theory of PORTER-ADL Ansoff and pest, the SWOT analysis method of competitiveness analysis, this paper analyzes the development environment of Hunan ICBC electronic bank business, and analyzes the location of the business environment of Hunan Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). On this basis, put forward the specific development strategy and implementation content. The purpose of this paper is to put forward some feasible opinions and suggestions to promote the electronic banking business of Hunan Industrial and Commercial Bank of China through the implementation of corresponding strategies, and to ensure the status of "Sanxiang first Electronic Bank" in the electronic banking business of Hunan Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
