中国企业对泰国直接投资研究

【摘要】：在国家“走出去”战略实施以来,中国企业对外直接投资发展迅速,越来越多中国企业谋求到海外发展。中泰两国历来都是友好、重要的经贸合作伙伴经过多年的发展,中国企业在泰国的直接投资一直呈上升态势,所以本文研究就中国企业对泰国直接投资展开研究。本文首先简要地介绍对外直接投资的基本理论,然后分析中国企业对泰国直接投资的环境,投资状况,投资存在的问题,最后提出建议。泰国拥有比较良好的投资环境：其地理位置优越,自然资源丰富,基础设施完善,同时还拥有巨大的内部市场,对周边国家辐射性也比较强。泰国政府吸引投资的政策不断优惠,与中国政府外交关系日益亲密,另外泰国与中国还有相似的生活方式和文化,这些对中国企业在泰国直接投资都是有利的条件以上阐述的是泰国投资环境优势,大部分中国企业对泰国进行直接投资主要动因是寻求资源和寻求市场。然而,中国投资者要对泰国直接投资不能不考虑泰国的政局不稳定,南部边境三府的不安定,劳动力成本和物流成本高,以及贪污腐败的这些不利的问题。中国企业对泰国直接投资的状况：与其他国家相比,中国企业对泰国直接投资的项目和投资金额的积累还不是很多。近年来,中国企业对泰国直接投资逐渐增加,2010年中国在泰国直接投资在所有对泰国直接投资的国家和地区中排第五位。中国企业对泰国直接投资的大多数都是小规模项目,投资金额不超过50百万泰铢。中国企业对泰国直接投资自身存在的问题：中国企业投资规模偏小,中国企业缺乏对泰国直接投资的了解,中国企业经营管理的问题,以及中国品牌知名度较低。中国企业只有在这几个方面作出改变,在泰国的直接投资才能取得更好的效益。最后,本文提出了给中方和泰方的建议,利于加强两国的投资合作,以及共同的发展。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the "going out" strategy, Chinese enterprises' foreign direct investment (OFDI) has developed rapidly, and more Chinese enterprises have sought overseas development. China and Thailand have always been friendly, the important economic and trade partners have been developing for many years, the direct investment of Chinese enterprises in Thailand has been on the rise, so this paper studies the Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Thailand. This paper briefly introduces the basic theory of foreign direct investment (FDI), then analyzes the environment, investment situation and investment problems of Chinese enterprises in Thailand, and finally puts forward some suggestions. Thailand has a good investment environment: its location is superior, its natural resources are abundant, its infrastructure is perfect, it also has a huge internal market, and it has a strong radiance to its neighboring countries. The Thai government's policy of attracting investment has been continuously preferential, and diplomatic relations with the Chinese government have become increasingly close. In addition, Thailand and China have similar lifestyles and cultures. These are favorable conditions for Chinese enterprises to invest directly in Thailand. Above all, the advantages of Thailand's investment environment are explained. The main motivation for most Chinese enterprises to invest directly in Thailand is to seek resources and market. However, if Chinese investors want to invest directly in Thailand, they cannot but take into account the political instability of Thailand, the instability of the three southern border provinces, the high cost of labor and logistics, and the unfavorable problems of corruption. The situation of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Thailand: compared with other countries, the projects and the amount of investment accumulated by Chinese enterprises in Thailand are not much. In recent years, Chinese enterprises have gradually increased their direct investment in Thailand. In 2010, China's direct investment in Thailand ranked fifth among all countries and regions that invested in Thailand. The majority of Chinese direct investment in Thailand is in small-scale projects, with an investment of no more than 50 million baht. The problems of Chinese enterprises' direct investment in Thailand include the small scale of Chinese enterprises' investment, the lack of understanding of Thailand's direct investment, the problems of Chinese enterprises' management, and the low visibility of Chinese brands. Only by making changes in these areas can Chinese companies benefit better from direct investment in Thailand. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions to China and Thailand, which is conducive to strengthening the investment cooperation and common development between the two countries.
