人民币国际化对韩国贸易结算方面的影响及对策

【摘要】：最近东亚对中国的依赖度越来越高。与此同时，中国人民币的影响力也迅速提高。2009年起，中国与边境国家正式开始跨境贸易人民币结算，，后来人民币结算试点地区和企业持续扩大了。今年中国政府发表对跨境贸易人民币结算不加限制，在中国的进出口企业可以推进跨境贸易人民币结算。韩国与中国距离接近，在地理和经济方面上受彼此影响较大。对韩国贸易来说，韩国对中国出口比重占韩国全部出口量的四分之一，对中出口额也已经超过一千亿美元。最近韩国开始关注人民币国际化的趋势，而人民币国际化的第一步是跨境贸易人民币结算，所以需要对它有所了解。此外，还要研究与中国开展跨境贸易人民币结算对韩国有何影响。人民币国际化以与边境国家跨境贸易时使用人民币结算为主，不但允许中国所有进出口企业可以使用跨境贸易人民币结算，而且在香港发行人民币计价债券，开发人民币金融产品。本论文将通过中国采取措施，研究中国内部对人民币国际化的认识、现状以及随着人民币国际化韩国如何对应其变化和发展趋势。
[Abstract]:East Asia has recently become increasingly dependent on China. At the same time, the influence of China's currency has been growing rapidly. Since 2009, China has officially started cross-border trade settlement with border countries, and since then, pilot areas and businesses have continued to expand. This year, the Chinese government announced that there are no restrictions on renminbi settlement for cross-border trade, and import and export companies in China can promote settlement of cross-border trade in renminbi. South Korea is close to China and is affected by each other geographically and economically. For South Korean trade, South Korean exports to China account for 1/4 of South Korea's total exports and exports to China have exceeded $100 billion. Recently, South Korea began to pay attention to the trend of RMB internationalization, and the first step of RMB internationalization is the settlement of cross-border trade in RMB, so we need to know more about it. In addition, it is necessary to study the impact of RMB settlement in cross-border trade with China on South Korea. RMB internationalization is dominated by the use of renminbi for settlement in cross-border trade with border countries, not only allowing all Chinese import and export enterprises to use RMB for cross-border trade settlement, but also issuing renminbi-denominated bonds in Hong Kong. Develop RMB financial products. This paper will take measures through China to study China's internal understanding of RMB internationalization, the current situation and how South Korea corresponds to its changes and development trends with RMB internationalization.
