坚持有管理浮动汇率制度符合中国的利益

【摘要】：在当前动荡、不确定的国际货币体系下,我国汇率制度改革的根本出路,在于通过改善我国自身的经济结构与增长质量,提高我国独立货币政策的调控能力,逐步实现资本账户的完全开放,来建立市场真正相信的钉住一篮子货币、有管理的浮动汇率制度。最终通过人民币逐步区域化、国际化的漫长进程,逐步扩大汇率浮动区间和"篮子"的内容、权重,使人民币汇率完全融入国际间的浮动汇率体系,成为国际主要储备货币之一。
[Abstract]:In the current turbulent and uncertain international monetary system, the fundamental way out for the reform of China's exchange rate system lies in improving our country's own economic structure and growth quality, and enhancing our country's ability to regulate and control independent monetary policies. Gradually realize the complete opening of the capital account to establish a managed floating exchange rate regime that the market really believes to be pegged to a basket of currencies. Finally, through the gradual regionalization of the RMB, the long process of internationalization, and the gradual expansion of the content and weight of the floating band and "basket" of the exchange rate, the RMB exchange rate will be fully integrated into the floating exchange rate system of the international community. To become one of the major international reserve currencies.
