A银行ATM集中管理案例分析

【摘要】:随着银行业信息化、电子化进程的快速发展,ATM自助设备作为银行卡的服务载体,以其能够为广大客户提供全天候无间断金融服务,逐渐成为商业银行用以分流客户,弥补营业网点不足,改善客户的用卡环境,以及降低银行经营成本,密切银行与客户之间的关系,提高银行业服务质量和综合竞争力的重要手段与渠道,进而也成为各家银行发展的战略重点之一。但是在大力拓展ATM的同时,除了科学选址、设备资源配置等,如何保持建立设备高效有序的运营维护管理机制,直接影响到ATM设备的使用效率乃至银行的可持续发展。A银行在近年快速发展抢占ATM市场的进程中,取得了当地领先的优势地位。但是在ATM管理实行集中管理与分散管理相结合的运营模式上,,仍存在一些问题,一定程度上影响了设备投入产出的提高,减缓了运营效率的提升。为了更好地占领市场,获得更多的市场份额,非常有必要对ATM的管理设计一套科学的运营方案,为银行的业务发展和市场份额提升提供强有力的支持。 论文采用案例研究中“提出问题——分析问题——解决问题”的思路阐述。首先,绪论部分介绍文章概况,如选题背景与意义,研究思路与方法,以及主要内容和结构安排等;其次,梳理ATM在国内外的发展情况,对ATM的功能和三种管理模式进行理论综述,并以此为论文的理论支点,为下面章节打好铺垫;第三,对A银行的ATM管理状况进行描述,总结经验,提出问题与不足;最后,有针对性地提出改进对策,完善全面集中管理,并提出具体配套措施;最后是论文的结论部分,总结分析结论,并说明此次研究的不足与局限,及后续研究与展望。 论文的主要结论有五点:一是ATM在具备一定规模后需要有科学合理的管理方案作为技术支撑,才能实现收支平衡并且略有盈余的经营结果;二是对ATM实施全面集中管理有利于营业网点节约工作时间提升销售能力;三是ATM是将诸多银行的业务资源融合在一起的利益综合体;四是ATM的业务交易可以赢得市场和客户;五是ATM统一的CIS视觉形象系统有利于打造品牌,提升客户认可度和信誉度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of banking informatization, ATM self-service equipment, as the service carrier of bank card, has become a commercial bank to divert customers because of its ability to provide round-the-clock and uninterrupted financial services to the vast number of customers. It is an important means and channel to make up for the shortage of business network, to improve the environment for customers to use cards, to reduce the operating cost of banks, to close the relationship between banks and customers, and to improve the quality of banking services and the comprehensive competitiveness of banks. In turn, it has become one of the strategic priorities for the development of various banks. However, while expanding ATM vigorously, besides scientific location and equipment resource allocation, how to maintain an efficient and orderly operation and maintenance management mechanism of equipment, The efficiency of ATM equipment and the sustainable development of bank. A bank has gained the leading position in the process of rapid development and preemption of ATM market in recent years. However, there are still some problems in ATM management combined with centralized management and decentralized management, which to some extent affect the improvement of input and output of equipment and slow down the improvement of operational efficiency. In order to occupy the market better and gain more market share, it is necessary to design a scientific operation plan for ATM management. It provides strong support for the development of bank business and the promotion of market share. In this paper, the idea of "posing problem-analyzing problem-solving problem" in the case study is adopted. First, the introduction introduces the general situation of the article, such as the background and significance of the topic, the research ideas and methods, as well as the main contents and structural arrangements. Secondly, the development of ATM at home and abroad is reviewed. This paper summarizes the functions and three management modes of ATM, and takes this as the theoretical fulcrum of the paper, which lays the groundwork for the following chapters. Thirdly, it describes the ATM management situation of Bank A, summarizes the experience, and puts forward the problems and shortcomings. Finally, it is the conclusion of the paper, summing up and analyzing the conclusions, and explaining the shortcomings and limitations of this study. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, ATM needs a scientific and reasonable management scheme as technical support after it has a certain scale, in order to achieve a balance of payments and operating results with a slight surplus; Second, the implementation of comprehensive centralized management of ATM is conducive to the business network to save working time to improve the sales capacity; third, ATM is a combination of the business resources of many banks, the fourth, ATM business transactions can win the market and customers; Fifth, ATM unified CIS visual image system helps to build brand and enhance customer recognition and reputation.
