中国商业银行国际化区位布局研究

【摘要】:随着中国综合国力不断提升以及日益融入全球经济,中国经济开放程度和全球化水平不断提高。同时,伴随着中国企业和个人“走出去”以及人民币国际化进程不断加快,对我国商业银行国际化提出了新的要求。我国“十二五”规划纲要明确提出,要“逐步发展我国大型跨国公司和大型跨国金融机构,提高国际化经营水平”,银行业“走出去”已经成为我国对外开放战略的重要组成内容。我国商业银行尤其是大型商业银行迫切需要配合国家战略实施,坚持“以市场为导向,以客户为中心”的原则,综合平衡市场机会、全球化能力、全球展业需要和市场竞争压力等,循序渐进,量力而行,积极稳妥、因地制宜地开展国际化区位布局,加快国际化经营的步伐,不断提升全球服务能力和竞争能力。 本文从理论和实证两个方面对商业银行国际化区位布局进行分析、研究,共有七章内容。 本文第一章导言部分阐述了论文选题背景和意义,对国内外相关文献进行综述,,确定了本文的研究思路、框架和内容,指出了本文的创新点和不足。 第二章主要构建本文的基本理论分析框架。对商业银行国际化区位布局的所涉及的相关理论,如国际直接投资理论、银行跨国经营理论、跨国并购理论、跨国公司子公司理论、金融地理理论等进行了分析,为进一步研究中国商业银行国际化区位布局提供了理论依据。 在第三章中,对汇丰、花旗、渣打银行等国际跨国银行的国际化区位布局实践进行了分析,从发展历史、内在动因、布局模式、全球化管理体制等方面总结出一些有益的经验,对中国商业银行国际化区位布局具有一定借鉴意义。 从第四章到第七章,主要运用国际直接投资理论等的基本分析框架,对中国商业银行国际化区位布局进行研究、分析。其中,第四章主要对中国商业银行国际化区位布局的历史、现状、特点以及存在的问题和难点等方面进行了剖析;对影响国际化区位布局的因素进行了实证分析,得出了规律性结论。以此为基础,对中国商业银行国际化区位布局的动因进行了分析。 第五章重点对中国商业银行国际化区位布局策略进行研究。通过运用案例分析和实证分析的方法,剖析了国际化区位布局应遵循的原则、区域选择决定因素,提出了区域拓展策略、组织机构形式选择、国际化区位布局路径选择、配套措施等建议。 在第六章中,从宏观政策层面提出了完善我国商业银行国际化区位布局的配套措施和政策建议,包括加快金融市场化改革,营造良好的法制和政策环境,加强对境外机构的监管,加强国家层面的政策指导与协调等。 第七章总结了本文的基本结论及研究的局限性及进一步研究展望。 通过分析、研究得出基本结论:我国商业银行开展国际化区位布局、加快跨国经营步伐已成为不可逆转的趋势。我国商业银行在开展国际化区位布局时要与中国经济和产业的全球化布局相吻合,以服务中国“走出去”企业和全球客户为目标,以符合监管要求为前提,以自身跨国经营发展战略为依托,追求全球布局广度、深度和效度的协调统一。要将港澳地区作为国际化区位布局的基地和窗口,优先将亚洲国家和地区作为国际化区位布局的重点区域,在欧美国际金融中心城市实施战略性布点,有选择地进入非洲、拉美等新兴市场。在国际化区位布局中,要因地制宜选择组织机构形式,坚持自建机构、跨国并购和其他多种路径相结合,同时要完善国际化区位布局的配套措施,国家宏观政策层面也要对商业银行国际化区位布局给予支持。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and the increasing integration into the global economy, China's economic openness and globalization are increasing. At the same time, with the Chinese enterprises and individuals "going out" and the accelerating process of the internationalization of RMB, China has put forward new requirements for the internationalization of China's commercial banks. China's plan for "12th Five-Year" It is necessary to make clear that "step by step" to "develop China's large transnational corporations and large transnational financial institutions and improve the international management level". The "going out" of the banking industry has become an important component of China's opening to the outside world. The principle of "oriented, customer centered", a comprehensive balance of market opportunities, global ability, global exhibition industry needs and market competition pressure, step by step, step by step, actively and steadily, carry out international location layout, accelerate the pace of international operation, and constantly improve the global service capacity and competitiveness.
This paper analyzes and studies the internationalization location layout of commercial banks from two aspects: Theory and demonstration. There are seven chapters in this study.
In the first chapter, the introduction explains the background and significance of the thesis, summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, and determines the research ideas, framework and content of this paper, and points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper.
The second chapter mainly constructs the basic theoretical analysis framework of this article. It analyzes the related theories related to the international location layout of commercial banks, such as the theory of international direct investment, the theory of transnational management of banks, the theory of transnational merger and acquisition, the theory of transnational corporations and the theory of financial geography, etc., to further study the International Commercial Bank of China. The location layout provides a theoretical basis.
In the third chapter, the international regional layout practice of the international multinational banks, such as HSBC, Citigroup and Standard Chartered Bank, is analyzed. Some useful experiences are summed up from the development history, internal motivation, layout model, and globalization management system, which can be used for reference to the regional distribution of China's commercial banks.
From the fourth chapter to the seventh chapter, we mainly use the basic analysis framework of international direct investment theory to study and analyze the international location layout of Chinese commercial banks. Among them, the fourth chapter mainly analyzes the history, current situation, characteristics, problems and difficulties of the international location layout of Chinese commercial banks. The factors of the international location layout are analyzed and the regular conclusions are drawn. On the basis of this, the motivation of the international location layout of China's commercial banks is analyzed.
The fifth chapter focuses on the research on the strategy of the international location layout of China's commercial banks. By using the method of case analysis and empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the principles that should be followed in the international location layout, the determinants of regional selection, and puts forward the strategy of regional expansion, the choice of organizational structure, the choice of the international location layout, and the supporting measures. Wait for advice.
In the sixth chapter, from the macro policy level, we put forward the supporting measures and policy suggestions to improve the international location layout of China's commercial banks, including speeding up the reform of the financial market, creating a good legal and policy environment, strengthening the supervision of the overseas institutions, and strengthening the policy guidance and coordination at the national level.
The seventh chapter summarizes the basic conclusions and limitations of the study and prospects for further research.
Through the analysis, the basic conclusion is drawn: the international location layout of China's commercial banks and the quickening of the pace of transnational operation have become an irreversible trend. In order to meet the requirements of regulatory requirements and rely on the development strategy of its own transnational management, we should pursue the coordination and unification of global layout, depth and validity. The central city carries out strategic layout and chooses to enter the emerging markets such as Africa and Latin America. In the international location layout, it is necessary to choose the organization form according to local conditions, adhere to the self built institution, combine transnational merger and other multiple paths, and improve the matching measures of the international location layout, and the national macro policy level also needs to be made to the business. The international location layout of the bank is supported.
