【摘要】：企业社会责任是社会经济发展到一定阶段的产物，是人类文明进步的表现。它的出现超越了以往企业只对股东负责的范畴，强调企业应同时对包括股东、政府、员工、客户等在内的所有利益相关者负责。商业银行作为特殊的企业，是现代社会经济发展的核心，，在经历了全球金融危机的洗礼后，对我国商业银行社会责任问题的研究显得尤为迫切和重要。本文首先在对企业社会责任和商业银行社会责任的相关理论进行梳理的基础上，明确了商业银行社会责任的内容和对象。其次，分析了我国商业银行履行社会责任的实践过程和取得的成绩，并在对国内十家主要商业银行2012年度社会责任报告进行研究的基础上，概述了我国商业银行履行社会责任情况的最新进展。在肯定进步的同时，也提出了我国商业银行在履行社会责任方面存在的不足之处，进而深入剖析问题产生的原因。最后，通过借鉴海外先进经验，有针对性的提出了改进我国商业银行履行社会责任表现的对策。
[Abstract]:Corporate social responsibility is the product of social economic development to a certain stage and the performance of human civilization progress. It is beyond the scope of corporate accountability to shareholders, emphasizing that enterprises should also be responsible to all stakeholders, including shareholders, government, employees, customers and so on. Commercial bank, as a special enterprise, is the core of modern social and economic development. After the baptism of global financial crisis, the research on the social responsibility of commercial banks in our country is particularly urgent and important. Based on the theory of corporate social responsibility and commercial bank social responsibility, this paper clarifies the content and object of commercial bank social responsibility. Secondly, the paper analyzes the practical process and achievements of China's commercial banks in fulfilling their social responsibility, and on the basis of the research on the 2012 annual social responsibility reports of ten major commercial banks in China, This paper summarizes the latest progress of China's commercial banks in fulfilling their social responsibilities. While affirming the progress, it also points out the shortcomings of Chinese commercial banks in fulfilling their social responsibility, and then analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, by learning from overseas advanced experience, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the performance of social responsibility of Chinese commercial banks.
