全球金融危机对中国工业经济的冲击:机制、影响与启示

【摘要】：始于美国次贷危机的全球金融危机对中国的工业品出口进而对工业经济造成了冲击。提出了分析全球金融危机影响中国工业经济的理论框架,然后分行业分省市对这种影响作了实证分析。分析发现,各行业和各省市受金融危机的影响程度是不同的。有些行业如机械设备制造业受到很大的冲击,而有些行业如采掘业的出口增长率及产值增长率反而没有下降。对于省市而言,依赖外需越严重,受到的影响越大。据此,政府在出台出口退税政策和刺激计划时,对于不同行业和省市应该区别对待。
[Abstract]:The global financial crisis, which began with the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, has had an impact on China's industrial exports and industrial economy. This paper puts forward a theoretical framework to analyze the impact of the global financial crisis on China's industrial economy, and then makes an empirical analysis of the impact of the global financial crisis on China's industrial economy. It is found that different industries and provinces are affected by the financial crisis. Some industries, such as machinery and equipment manufacturing, have been hard hit, while others, such as the export growth rate and output growth rate of extractive industries, have not decreased. For provinces and cities, the greater the dependence on external demand, the greater the impact. Therefore, the government should treat different industries and provinces differently when issuing export tax rebate policy and stimulus plan.
