宁夏农村金融与经济互动发展研究

【摘要】：金融与经济之间的关系一直是国内外学者研究和关注的重点。与经济发展水平相适应的金融体系的构建对于经济增长具有良好的促进作用,同时经济的增长也会反过来促进金融的进一步提升,从而使两者产生加速进步的效果。反之,则亦然。农村经济是我国经济体系的重要组成部分,农业是关系国计民生的基础产业,农民生活水平能否提高是真正向小康社会迈进的瓶颈。与农村经济相适应的农村金融体系的构建对于促进农村经济发展,进而解决“三农”问题具有十分重要的意义。自改革开放以来,农村金融快速发展,对推动农村经济发展起到了重要作用。但是,由于“三农”的特殊性和农村金融发展的国家色彩,农村金融体系并没有真正满足农村经济发展的需要,反而一定程度上成为农村“血液”流失的帮凶。因此,构建一个完善且适宜于农村经济发展的农村金融服务体系,是解决农村经济增长,进而实现经济与金融良性互动的关键所在。宁夏是我国农村金融发展比较成功的省区,本文在对农村金融与经济互动发展的理论基础进行归纳陈述的基础上,对宁夏农村经济发展与经济增长互动关系进行了实证分析,并进而探析其形成互促的实现形式,最后提出了进一步促进宁夏农村金融与经济互动的问题与对策。由于大多数关于金融与经济互动的研究都停留在实证分析和问题对策分析上,而对其具体实现形式则很少谈及,因此对作为农村金融先行试范区的宁夏进行研究,具有重要的理论与实践意义。
[Abstract]:The relationship between finance and economy has been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. The construction of financial system corresponding to the level of economic development plays a good role in promoting economic growth, and the economic growth will in turn promote the further improvement of finance, thus making both of them produce the effect of accelerating progress. Vice versa, the same is true. Rural economy is an important part of our country's economic system, agriculture is the basic industry related to the national economy and people's livelihood, whether the farmers' living standard can be improved is the bottleneck to the well-off society. The construction of rural financial system suitable for rural economy is of great significance for promoting the development of rural economy and solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of rural finance has played an important role in promoting rural economic development. However, due to the particularity of "three rural areas" and the national color of rural financial development, the rural financial system does not really meet the needs of rural economic development, but to a certain extent has become an accomplice to the loss of "blood" in rural areas. Therefore, constructing a perfect and suitable rural financial service system for rural economic development is the key to solve the problem of rural economic growth and then realize the positive interaction between economy and finance. Ningxia is one of the most successful provinces in rural finance development in China. Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of rural financial and economic development, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the interactive relationship between rural economic development and economic growth in Ningxia. Finally, the paper puts forward some problems and countermeasures to further promote the interaction between rural finance and economy in Ningxia. Since most of the studies on the interaction between finance and economy are focused on empirical analysis and problem countermeasure analysis, but little on its specific realization form, Ningxia, as a pilot area for rural finance, is studied. It has important theoretical and practical significance.
