中信银行广州分行投行业务发展战略研究

【摘要】：自2007年美国次债危机爆发以后,投资银行业务饱受批判,美国投行在内的许多世界投资银行业都受到了不同程度冲击,业界都认为次债危机是引发全球金融危机的导火线。但对于国内商业银行而言,伴随着金融脱媒的来临,面对巨大的资本压力,调整盈利模式,提升核心竞争力,大力发展投资银行业务已成大势所趋。中信银行隶属中信集团,1987年正式成立,是最早的股份制商业银行之一。该行通过加强与集团内金融子公司、非金融子公司之间的产品交叉销售,积极尝试全能经营模式,全力拓展投资银行业务。中信银行的传统公司业务已在业界具有良好的口碑,而投资银行业务作为一项创新业务,中信银行在该领域如何充分利用中信集团综合金融平台做强做大投行业务成为核心问题所在。本论文以此展开较为详细的探讨,首先对投资银行的基本知识及国内外商业银行投行业务发展情况进行了概述；其次从外部环境、发展历程及水平现状等方面对中信银行发展投行业务进行分析以及评价,通过外部因素评价矩阵和内部因素评价矩阵进行分析；而后通过SWOT分析,得出中信银行广州分行开展投行业务的优势、劣势、机会及威胁,从而选取相应的战略,并对战略实施的相关步骤、重点以及需要注意的问题进行了阐述；最后进行了总结,旨在通过本文的分析能为中信银行广州分行更好的发展投行业务做一点探索。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the U.S. subprime crisis in 2007, investment banking has been criticized, and many investment banks around the world, including U.S. investment banks, have been hit to varying degrees, and the industry considers the subprime crisis to be the trigger for the global financial crisis. But for the domestic commercial banks, with the coming of financial disintermediation, facing the huge capital pressure, adjusting the profit model, improving the core competitiveness and vigorously developing the investment banking business has become the trend of the times. Citic Bank is one of the earliest joint-stock commercial banks, which was founded in 1987 under CITIC Group. By strengthening the cross-selling of products with financial subsidiaries and non-financial subsidiaries within the group, the bank actively tries to develop its investment banking business by trying its best to operate in an all-round way. Citic Bank's traditional corporate business has a good reputation in the industry, and investment banking as an innovative business, How CITIC Bank can make full use of CITIC Group's integrated financial platform to strengthen its investment banking business has become a core issue. In this paper, the author discusses in detail the basic knowledge of investment banks and the development of investment banks at home and abroad, and secondly, from the external environment, the paper summarizes the basic knowledge of investment banks and the development of investment banking business at home and abroad. This paper analyzes and evaluates the development of investment banking in CITIC Bank from the aspects of development history and level, analyzes the external factor evaluation matrix and internal factor evaluation matrix, and then analyzes the development of investment banking business through SWOT analysis. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Guangzhou branch of CITIC Bank to carry out investment banking business are obtained, and the corresponding strategies are selected, and the relevant steps, key points and problems needing attention in the implementation of the strategy are expounded. Through the analysis of this paper, we can do a little exploration for CITIC Bank Guangzhou Branch to better develop investment banking business.
