内蒙古农村信用社营业网点服务运营管理研究

【摘要】:随着我国金融体制改革的全面深化,内蒙古农村信用社面临着加快扩张的外资银行及充满活力的股份制银行外部的双重挑战,如何提高营业网点的综合能力,已经成为其未来发展的重点。同时,营业网点的转型也使其面临巨大的机遇与挑战。近几年来,金融机构纷纷将竞争的重点转向服务,制定服务战略来赢得客户。作为我国金融体系的组成部分,内蒙古农村信用社整体的经济效益、服务效率、成本结构是否最优也受到营业网点服务运营管理的直接影响,因此,如何改变目前网点服务效能低下,提升服务营销技巧,实现营业网点由“以产品为中心”到“以客户为中心”的转型已成为内蒙古农村信用社工作的重中之重。 本文围绕内蒙古农村信用社这一主体,在运营管理、服务运营管理、商业银行服务运营等相关理论的基础上,经过调查研究将国内外商业银行营业网点服务运营管理的先进做法融入其中,结合内蒙古农村信用社营业网点服务管理的现状,深入分析了基层营业网点存在的问题,提出对该问题进行研究的必要性,有针对性的构建营业网点服务运营管理的整体方案,并予以实施措施来保证其实现。为内蒙古农村信用社营业网点服务水平的提高提出建议,从而促进整体经营效率的提高。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of financial system reform in China, Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives are faced with the dual challenges of accelerating expansion of foreign banks and dynamic joint-stock banks, how to improve the comprehensive ability of business outlets. It has become the focus of its future development. At the same time, the transformation of business outlets is also facing enormous opportunities and challenges. In recent years, financial institutions have shifted the focus of competition to services, formulating service strategies to win customers. As an integral part of China's financial system, the overall economic efficiency, service efficiency and cost structure of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives are also directly affected by the operation and management of business network services. How to change the current low service efficiency, improve service marketing skills, and realize the transformation from "product-centered" to "customer-centric" has become the most important work of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives. This paper focuses on Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperative, which is based on the related theories of operation management, service operation management, commercial bank service operation and so on. Through investigation and research, the advanced practices of domestic and foreign commercial banks' service operation and management of business network are integrated into it. Combined with the present situation of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives' service management, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the business network at the grass-roots level. This paper puts forward the necessity of studying this problem, constructs the whole scheme of service operation management of business network, and puts into practice measures to ensure its realization. Some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the service level of the business network of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperative, so as to promote the improvement of the overall operating efficiency.
