【摘要】：进入2010年后,随着资金面的逐步收紧和理财需求的高涨,组合投资资金信托、房地产信托渐渐兴起,信托业的蓬勃发展吸引了市场的目光。可以说当前我国信托业正迎来新的发展机遇,对信托公司下一步的业务创新,对那些需要在发展中解决的问题应尽早做出研究。本论文的研究目的：是什么造成了信托公司一直以来在我国金融市场中的弱势地位?信托公司发展战略围绕着对外业务创新,对内管理模式升级展开。那么,过程如何落实、创新如何展开?如何在社会经济发展中提升与信托地位相称的客户信任?等等这些这是本文要讨论的问题。本文的研究方法：引用数据进行比较,同时运用所学现行法律规定和企业管理理论,并且结合工作实务中遇到的问题进行走访和思考：对信托的过去溯因,对信托当前的情况进行归纳,并对信托业务的发展给出自己的见解。本文的成果：运用渗透率和长尾理论寻找业务创新点,创新的将“经济周期与大类资产波动”的理论运用在信托业务中,并对信托中“信任”的概念进行了总结,综合得出了信托公司发展战略。本文的结论：信托公司要以利益相关者的信任为基础,以财富管理为核心,坚持全周期的信托方案与资产配置,走品牌经营的道路。
[Abstract]:After entering the year of 2010 , with the gradual tightening of funds and the rising demand of wealth management , the trust of portfolio investment funds , the rise of the real estate trust and the vigorous development of trust industry have attracted the attention of the market . It can be said that the trust industry in China is ushering in the new development opportunity , and the business innovation of the next step of trust company should be studied as soon as possible .

The research purpose of this paper is : what caused the weak position of trust company in our financial market all the time ? The development strategy of trust company revolves around the innovation of external business and the promotion of internal management mode . So how to implement the process , how to innovate how to expand ? How to promote customer trust that is commensurate with trust status in the development of social economy ? Wait for these is the question to be discussed in this paper .

In this paper , we compare the reference data , apply the current legal provisions and the theory of enterprise management at the same time , and visit and reflect on the problems encountered in the work practice : to summarize the past retroactivity of the trust , to summarize the current situation of the trust , and to give its own opinions to the development of the trust business .

The results of this paper : Using permeability and long - tail theory to search for business innovation point , the theory of " economic cycle and large - class asset fluctuation " is applied in trust business , and the concept of " trust " in trust is summarized , and the development strategy of trust company is obtained .

The conclusion of this paper is that trust companies should take the trust of stakeholders as the core , take wealth management as the core , adhere to the full - cycle trust scheme and asset allocation , and follow the road of brand management .
