P银行J分行员工培训体系研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以后,我国的政治、经济、文化获得了高速的发展,人力资源被越来越多的企业所重视。同时随着知识经济的到来,经济全球化进程的进一步加速,国际间的人才争夺战正日趋激烈,越来越多的企业更加看重高素质、国际化的人才群体,作为知识载体的“人”成为企业最具价值的资本,可以说二十一世纪是各国运用人力资源追求竞争优势的时代。后WTO时期,随着我国银行业市场的全面开放,外资金融机构的不断进入,我国金融市场竞争格局也发生着重大变化,这就需要高素质的人才队伍来保障和支持银行战略的实现。所以开发管理好人力资源,是银行业在激烈竞争中高效运作和实现可持续发展的重要保证。本文以P银行J分行为研究对象,旨在通过对P银行J分行员工培训体系的设计,深入研究如何做好员工培训,从而不断提高企业的学习创新能力,进而提高组织的运营绩效和增强组织的核心竞争力。 本文坚持理论联系实际,在对国内外培训理论研究的基础上,采用问卷调查、访谈等方法对P银行J分行的经营管理情况以及原有员工培训体系进行了深入剖析,同时结合自己的工作和国内外先进企业的实践经验,收集了大量相关信息,客观系统的分析了其员工培训体系的现状,从而根据培训理论和银行实际设计一套新的适合于P银行J分行的培训体系,为银行的全面持续发展奠定基础。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, the politics, economy and culture of our country have been developing at a high speed, and more enterprises attach importance to human resources. At the same time, with the arrival of knowledge economy and the further acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the battle for talents in the international community is becoming increasingly fierce. More and more enterprises are paying more attention to high-quality, internationalized talent groups. As a carrier of knowledge, "human" has become the most valuable capital of enterprises. It can be said that the 21 century is the era in which countries use human resources to pursue their competitive advantages. In the post-WTO period, with the comprehensive opening of the banking market and the continuous entry of foreign financial institutions, the competitive pattern of our financial market has also undergone significant changes, which requires a high-quality talent team to ensure and support the realization of the bank strategy. Therefore, the development and management of human resources is an important guarantee for the banking industry to operate efficiently and realize sustainable development in the fierce competition. This article takes P Bank J Branch as the research object, through the design of the P Bank J branch employee training system, deeply studies how to do well the staff training, thus unceasingly enhances the enterprise's learning innovation ability, Then improve the organization's operational performance and enhance the core competitiveness of the organization. Based on the research of training theory at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the management situation of J branch of P Bank and the training system of the original staff by means of questionnaire, interview and so on. At the same time, combined with their own work and the practical experience of advanced enterprises at home and abroad, collected a large number of relevant information, objectively and systematically analyzed the current situation of their staff training system. According to the training theory and bank practice, a new training system suitable for P Bank J Branch is designed, which lays the foundation for the bank's overall sustainable development.
