工作流技术对于我国商业银行信贷业务BPR的改进研究

【摘要】：本文主要研究工作流技术如何对银行实施信贷业务流程再造过程中的方法进行改进。在总结了国内外对银行业务流程再造的研究及工作流技术发展现状前提下，本文详细阐述了BPR理论的起源、BPR的定义及内涵，并对工作流技术的原理、概念、管理系统和实现框架进行了介绍。接着从内外部环境及信息化时代的要求等方面分析了银行信贷业务流程再造的必要性和迫切性。以银行信贷业务中的审批环节流程再造为依托，本文首先介绍了以流程为核心对现行信贷业务流程进行重新设计与优化的再造方案，然后提出了将工作流技术导入银行业务流程再造，，建立一个可进行过程定义、执行和分析的新一代信贷业务流程逻辑框架，将工作流技术与信贷业务流程再造紧密结合，运用工作流管理系统提供的业务过程与具体操作分离技术，通过修改过程模型来改变系统中的功能，完成对信贷业务部分过程或全过程的集成管理。最后通过将银行信贷业务BPR的一般方法与工作流技术进行对比，分析了工作流技术对一般BPR方法的改进，并阐述了其在银行信贷业务BPR中的优势及存在问题。最后提出了未来值得进一步研究探索的方向。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies how to improve the method of bank credit business process reengineering by workflow technology. On the premise of summarizing the domestic and foreign research on bank business process reengineering and the development of workflow technology, this paper elaborates the definition and connotation of BPR theory, and the principle and concept of workflow technology. The management system and implementation framework are introduced. Then it analyzes the necessity and urgency of the bank credit business process reengineering from the internal and external environment and the requirements of the information age. Based on the process reengineering of the examination and approval link in the bank credit business, this paper first introduces the reengineering scheme of redesigning and optimizing the current credit business process with the process as the core. Then the paper introduces workflow technology into bank business process reengineering, establishes a new generation of credit business process logic framework which can define, execute and analyze the process, and combines workflow technology with credit business process reengineering. By using the separation technology of business process and concrete operation provided by workflow management system, the function of the system is changed by modifying the process model, and the integrated management of part process or whole process of credit business is completed. Finally, by comparing the general method of BPR of bank credit business with workflow technology, this paper analyzes the improvement of workflow technology on general BPR method, and expounds its advantages and existing problems in BPR of bank credit business. Finally, the future direction of further research and exploration is put forward.
