抚顺市城市商业银行绩效考核案例研究

【摘要】:随着国内经济的快速发展,银行业市场竞争的日趋激烈,国内城市商业银行也面临着越来越大的挑战。人才已成为银行核心竞争力的最重要元素。绩效考核作为一种有效的人力资源评估和管理系统,为企业评价员工,调整薪酬,晋升职务和培训人员等提供了重要依据。作为一个反馈机制,它也为企业创造了上级和员工,员工与员工之间的沟通和交流的机会。 在现实中,总有一些企业只是简单地专注于业务,而忽视绩效考核的作用和意义。有的企业有一套完善的绩效考核体系,但由于缺乏领导和管理,绩效考核没能得到真正地重视,绩效考核往往流于形式。考核工作结束后,结果也得不到很好的应用,绩效考核发挥不出其应有的作用。 本文以抚顺市城市商业银行为案例,提出了绩效考核方面存在的问题,分析了产生问题的原因,并提出了建议性的意见和建议,分为五个部分:第一部分为绪论部分,主要阐述了选题背景和意义,论文研究内容和采用的研究方法。第二部分为案例正文部分,通过四个案例对抚顺市商业银行的绩效考核情况进行了描述。第三部分为案例分析部分,根据先进的绩效考核理论,指出了存在的问题,就产生问题的原因进行了分析。第四部分为对策和建议部分,针对案例分析中存在的问题提出了有针对性的对策和建议。第五部分为结束语,对整篇论文进行简要地概括和总结。 由于本文研究的抚顺市商业银行是一家典型的城市商业银行,对于经典案例的剖析有助于从理论上认识城市银行绩效考核管理面临的问题和挑战,这样的研究在理论上有一定的价值。通过案例分析,对于该企业人力资源及绩效考核的提升具有显而易见的现实意义。同时,对与类似的企业也有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the domestic economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the banking market, the domestic city commercial banks are facing more and more challenges. Talent has become the most important element of the core competitiveness of banks. As an effective human resource evaluation and management system, performance appraisal provides an important basis for the evaluation of employees, adjustment of salary, promotion of position and training personnel. As a feedback mechanism, it also creates opportunities for communication and communication between superiors and employees, employees and employees. In reality, there are some enterprises that simply focus on business and ignore the role and significance of performance appraisal. Some enterprises have a set of perfect performance appraisal system, but due to the lack of leadership and management, performance appraisal is not really taken seriously, performance appraisal is often a mere formality. After the examination, the results can not be applied well, and the performance appraisal can not play its due role. Taking Fushun City Commercial Bank as a case, this paper puts forward the problems existing in performance appraisal, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions, which are divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part. This paper mainly describes the background and significance of the topic, the content of the paper and the adopted research methods. The second part is the text of the case, through four cases of Fushun City commercial bank performance evaluation described. The third part is the case analysis part, according to the advanced performance appraisal theory, pointed out the existing problems, and analyzed the causes of the problems. The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions, aiming at the problems in the case analysis. The fifth part is the conclusion, the whole paper is briefly summarized and summarized. As Fushun City Commercial Bank is a typical city commercial bank studied in this paper, the analysis of classic cases is helpful to understand the problems and challenges faced by the performance appraisal management of urban banks in theory. This kind of research has certain value in theory. Through the case study, it has obvious practical significance for the promotion of human resources and performance appraisal. At the same time, and similar enterprises also have certain reference significance.
