【摘要】:哈尔滨银行成立于1997年2月,是一家新型的全国性股份制商业银行,总部位于中国哈尔滨市。银行成立以来,通过不断强化内控机制、实施金融产品和管理创新、增加有效投放等措施,企业规模不断发展壮大,资产质量不断提高,经济效益不断增加,社会形象不断提升。目前,哈尔滨银行是哈尔滨市金融体系的重要组成部分,并在天津、大连、成都等其他城市设立多家分行。但随着外部环境的不断变化,银行业的国际、国内竞争日益激烈,哈尔滨银行需要新的发展战略迎接未来的机遇和挑战。因此,哈尔滨银行急切需要有效、可行的发展战略,以此利用外部环境的机会以及规避风险,并通过充分发挥自身资源优势获得战略竞争力。 本文运用现代战略理论,从银行业的发展现状出发,系统研究哈尔滨银行的发展战略,使其获得市场竞争优势。文中首先对银行业企业发展战略的研究现状进行归纳总结,形成对国内外应用现代战略管理理论和方法解决银行业发展战略问题的总体把握;其次,对哈尔滨银行的外部环境进行分析,包括外部宏观环境、行业环境和竞争环境,发现哈尔滨银行外部环境的机会和威胁;第三,对哈尔滨银行的内部经营环境进行分析,主要分析资源和能力,并总结哈尔滨银行的现有优势和不足;第四,运用SWOT分析方法,制定了公司的战略目标和未来发展战略;最后,从调整组织机构、资本引入、建设先进的科技管理体系、建立严密的风险管理体系等层面提出了哈尔滨银行的战略实施对策。
[Abstract]:Harbin Bank, founded in February 1997, is a new type of national joint-stock commercial bank, headquartered in Harbin, China. Since its establishment, the bank has continuously strengthened the internal control mechanism, implemented financial products and management innovations, increased effective investment, and so on. As a result, the scale of enterprises has continued to grow, the quality of assets has been continuously improved, and economic benefits have been continuously increased. The social image is constantly improving. At present, Harbin Bank is an important part of Harbin financial system, and has established many branches in Tianjin, Dalian, Chengdu and other cities. However, with the continuous changes of the external environment and the international and domestic competition of the banking industry, Harbin Bank needs a new development strategy to meet the opportunities and challenges in the future. Therefore, Harbin Bank urgently needs an effective and feasible development strategy to take advantage of the opportunities of the external environment and to avoid risks, and to gain strategic competitiveness by giving full play to its own advantages of resources. Based on the theory of modern strategy and the present situation of the banking industry, this paper systematically studies the development strategy of Harbin Bank in order to obtain the competitive advantage in the market. Firstly, the paper summarizes the present situation of the research on the development strategy of banking enterprises, and forms a general grasp of the application of modern strategic management theories and methods to solve the problems of banking development strategy at home and abroad. To analyze the external environment of Harbin Bank, including the external macro environment, industry environment and competition environment, to find the opportunities and threats of the external environment of Harbin Bank; third, to analyze the internal operating environment of Harbin Bank. It mainly analyzes the resources and capabilities, and summarizes the existing advantages and disadvantages of Harbin Bank. Fourthly, it uses the SWOT analysis method to formulate the strategic objectives and future development strategies of the company. Finally, it introduces the capital from the adjustment of the organization and the capital. The paper puts forward the strategic implementation countermeasures of Harbin Bank at the level of constructing advanced science and technology management system and establishing strict risk management system.
