三门峡市农村信用社企业文化建设研究

【摘要】:随着中国市场的企业竞争日趋激烈,我国经济体制改革不断深入,许多企业面临企业改制、战略转型等管理变革问题,企业文化已逐渐成为能否顺利实现管理变革的最大制约因素。前GE总裁杰克韦尔奇说:“健康向上的企业文化是一个企业战无不胜的动力之源。”我国著名经济学家于光远说:“关于发展,三流企业靠生产,二流企业靠营销,,一流企业靠文化。”海尔的首席执行官张瑞敏说过:“企业文化是海尔的核心竞争力。”但是在中国企业文化的建设过程中,由于直接引进了企业文化的管理形式,而对企业文化的内涵、实质等缺乏认真细致的研究。如果企业想在激烈的竞争环境下生存,并最终获得胜利,构建优秀的企业文化是最为重要的一个手段,也就是说,谁拥有优秀的企业文化,谁就拥有持续的竞争优势、效益优势以及发展优势。企业文化作为一种新型的高层次管理手段,在经营管理中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,在农信社深化体制改革、加快向现代金融机构转变的过程中,越来越多的农信社认识到,必须建设和发展具有时代特征和自己特色的企业文化,用先进的文化促进农信社的发展,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。如何加强企业文化的建设,推动农信社企业文化建设实现质的飞跃,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文通过采用实证分析法对三门峡市农村信用社企业文化建设现状进行定性分析,并对三门峡市农村信用社员工进行调查研究,分析了三门峡市农村信用社企业文化建设取得的成绩、存在的问题,探寻三门峡市农村信用社企业文化建设的对策。根据国内外企业文化建设和其他银行业金融机构企业文化建设情况,按照河南省农村信用社企业文化建设的总体思路和建设规划,提出了三门峡市农村信用社企业文化建设的指导思想、原则、目标以及改进等内容,并提出了完善三门峡市农村信用社企业文化建设的保障措施。本文虽然只针对三门峡市农村信用社所设计,但是对其它农信社(农商行)企业文化建设也有一定的借鉴意义。

Yu Guangyuan, a famous economist in China, said: "about development, the third-class enterprises rely on production, the second-rate enterprises rely on marketing, and the first-rate enterprises rely on culture." Haier's CEO Zhang Ruimin said: "Corporate culture is Haier's core competitiveness." However, in the process of construction of Chinese corporate culture, due to the direct introduction of corporate culture management form, there is a lack of careful research on the connotation and essence of enterprise culture. If an enterprise wants to survive in a competitive environment and ultimately win, building an excellent corporate culture is the most important means, that is, who has a good corporate culture, who has a sustained competitive advantage. Benefit advantage and development advantage. As a new type of high-level management means, corporate culture plays an irreplaceable role in management. In the process of deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives and speeding up the transition to modern financial institutions, more and more rural credit cooperatives realize that, It is necessary to build and develop the enterprise culture with the characteristics of the times and own characteristics, and to promote the development of the rural credit cooperative with the advanced culture, in order to be in an invincible position in the fierce market competition. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture and promote the construction of enterprise culture of rural credit cooperatives to achieve a qualitative leap. This paper makes a qualitative analysis on the present situation of enterprise culture construction of rural credit cooperatives in Sanmenxia by using the empirical analysis method, and investigates the employees of the rural credit cooperatives in Sanmenxia. This paper analyzes the achievements and problems in the enterprise culture construction of the rural credit cooperatives in Sanmenxia city, and probes into the countermeasures for the enterprise culture construction of the rural credit cooperatives in Sanmenxia city. According to the situation of enterprise culture construction at home and abroad and other banking and financial institutions, and according to the overall thinking and construction plan of enterprise culture construction of Henan rural credit cooperatives, This paper puts forward the guiding ideology, principle, goal and improvement of the enterprise culture construction of Sanmenxia rural credit cooperative, and puts forward the guarantee measures to perfect the enterprise culture construction of Sanmenxia rural credit cooperative. Although this paper is only designed for Sanmenxia Rural Credit Cooperative, it has some reference significance for other rural credit cooperatives (agribusiness) enterprise culture construction.
