广西农村信用社电子银行业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的发展和普及,金融业正经历着新的变革,在这个时代背景下催生了电子银行。电子银行经过这些年的发展,从开始的缓慢发展,到现在几乎是井喷式发展,电子银行已经成为现代商业银行新的战略性业务、利润增长点和抢占市场的一把利器。广西农村信用社作为广西壮族自治区重要的银行之一,电子银行业务还处于初步发展阶段,在电子银行快速发展的今天,面临着巨大的机遇和挑战,为了抓住机遇迎接挑战,必须做好电子银行业务发展战略规划。 文中首先阐述了电子银行相关概念、发展电子银行意义、存在的问题,随后介绍相关的战略理论:蓝海战略理论,创新战略理论和差异化竞争战略理论等基本理论。 然后对广西农信电子银行业务内外部环境分别进行定性和定量的分析,得出广西农信电子银行业务的内部优势大于内容弱点,内部因素则处于强势,外部机会大于外部威胁,表明广西农信发展电子银行业务内外部因素十分有利发展电子银行业务的发展。 本文借助SWOT分析法和波士顿矩阵分法对广西农信电子银行业务战略进行定性分析,分析得出电子银行业务发展的机遇大于威胁、优势大于劣势,电子银行业务属于明星类业务,因此应重点采取进取式0S战略;接着又对广西农信的领导人和战略模式进行匹配分析,得出广西农信的领导人与战略的匹配度比较高。在制定广西农信电子银行业务发展战略之前,确定了“立足广西走向全国,转变创新理念、加快创新,转变盈利模式,塑造电子银行一流品牌”的战略目标,接着根据战略目标的指导,加上战略相关理论,结合具体实际情况,制定了“创新战略理论+蓝海战略和创新战略理论+差异化战略”相结合的总体战略。 最后,在总体战略和战略目标的指导下,从外部发展、内部发展两个方面,给出了广西农信电子银行具体实施措施。外部采用农信体系战略联盟,同业战略联盟,横向联盟,前向、后向联盟四种战略联盟来实施。内部从业务产品线战略、加大人力资源开发、优化组织架构、加强市场营销、打造独特电子银行品牌四个方面制定具体实施措施。 本文使用理论分析和实践相结合的方法,借助本人多年的金融从业经验,参考前沿的研究文献和统计资料,搜集整理了大量的数据,提出了对广西农信电子银行业务切实可行的发展战略,促进广西农信电子银行业务快速持续健康的发展,打造其一流的电子银行品牌。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of information technology, the financial industry is undergoing new changes. After the development of these years, the electronic bank has become a new strategic business, profit growth point and a sharp weapon to seize the market of modern commercial banks, from the slow development at the beginning to the almost blowout development. As one of the important banks in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region, Guangxi Rural Credit Cooperatives are still in the initial stage of development. Today, with the rapid development of electronic banking, they are facing enormous opportunities and challenges, in order to seize the opportunities to meet the challenges. Must do a good job electronic banking business development strategy plan. In this paper, the related concepts of electronic banking, the significance of the development of electronic banking, the existing problems, and then the related strategic theory: blue sea strategy theory, innovation strategy theory and differentiated competitive strategy theory are introduced. Then the internal and external environment of Guangxi Rural Electronic Bank is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. It is concluded that the internal advantages of Guangxi Rural Electronic Bank are greater than the content weaknesses, the internal factors are in a strong position, and the external opportunities are greater than the external threats. It shows that the internal and external factors of developing electronic banking business in Guangxi Agricultural Credit Corporation are very favorable to the development of electronic banking business. With the help of SWOT analysis and Boston matrix analysis, this paper makes a qualitative analysis on the business strategy of Guangxi Rural Credit Electronic Bank, and concludes that the opportunities for the development of electronic banking are greater than the threats, the advantages are greater than the disadvantages, and the electronic banking business belongs to the star business. Therefore, we should focus on the aggressive 0S strategy, and then make a matching analysis on the leaders and strategic patterns of Guangxi Rural Credit, and draw a conclusion that the matching degree between the leaders and the strategy of Guangxi Rural Credit is relatively high. Before formulating the business development strategy of Guangxi Rural Credit Electronic Bank, the strategic goal of "base on Guangxi to go to the whole country, change the idea of innovation, speed up innovation, change the profit model, shape the first-class brand of electronic bank" was set. Then, according to the guidance of the strategic objectives, combined with the relevant theories of strategy, combined with the actual situation, the author formulated the overall strategy of combining "the blue sea strategy of innovation strategy theory with the differentiation strategy of innovation strategy theory". Finally, under the guidance of the overall strategy and the strategic goal, the paper gives the concrete implementation measures of Guangxi Agricultural Credit Electronic Bank from two aspects of external development and internal development. Four kinds of strategic alliances are adopted: agricultural credit system strategic alliance, peer strategic alliance, horizontal alliance, forward alliance and backward alliance. Internal from the business product line strategy, increase human resources development, optimize the organizational structure, strengthen marketing, create a unique electronic banking brand to formulate specific implementation measures. This article uses the method of combining theory analysis and practice, with the help of my many years of experience in financial industry, referring to the frontier research literature and statistical data, collecting and arranging a large number of data. This paper puts forward a feasible development strategy for Guangxi Agricultural Credit Electronic Bank, which promotes the rapid, sustainable and healthy development of Guangxi Agricultural Credit Electronic Bank, and builds its first-class electronic banking brand.
