江西NF银行绩效考核体系再设计

【摘要】:伴随着我国市场经济体制改革的不断深化和江西NF银行业务职能范围的调整,江西NF银行的经营考核也发生了很大的变化,由成立之初在“保本微利”的经营目标主导下的基本无考核逐渐向现代银行绩效考核机制过渡,实现了向目标导向性考核的根本转变。本文阐述了江西NF银行绩效考核十年来的发展轨迹及其考核体系的现状,从实施绩效考核以来取得的积极成效着手,分析了江西NF银行现有的绩效考核体系存在的问题,并从绩效考核指标设置、绩效考核结构设计和绩效结果应用三个方面,对江西NF银行绩效考核体系进行了再设计。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the market economy system in our country and the adjustment of the scope of the NF banking business in Jiangxi Province, great changes have taken place in the management and assessment of the NF Bank of Jiangxi Province. At the beginning of its establishment, the basic non-evaluation system under the management goal of "keeping capital and little profit" gradually transitioned to the performance appraisal mechanism of modern banks, and realized the fundamental transformation to goal-oriented assessment. This paper expounds the development track of the performance appraisal system of Jiangxi NF Bank in the past ten years and the present situation of the performance appraisal system, starting with the positive results achieved since the implementation of the performance appraisal system, and analyzing the existing problems in the performance appraisal system of Jiangxi NF Bank. The performance appraisal system of Jiangxi NF Bank is redesigned from three aspects: the setting of performance appraisal index, the design of performance appraisal structure and the application of performance results.
