中国对外投资面临的环境风险及管理探析

【摘要】：正近年来,中国对外投资规模日益扩大,2012年中国非金融类企业对外直接投资额达到772亿美元,比2011年增长28.6%,为中国及世界经济的发展注入了强劲动力。中国对外投资迅猛发展的同时,与这些投资项目相伴而生的环境风险也在增加,不仅引发国际舆论的关注,也开始引起国内有关部门的重视。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's foreign direct investment (OFDI) has been increasing to US $77.2 billion in 2012, an increase of 28.6US dollars over 2011, which has given a strong impetus to the development of China and the world economy. With the rapid development of China's foreign investment, the environmental risks associated with these investment projects are also increasing, which not only attracts the attention of international public opinion, but also begins to attract the attention of relevant domestic departments.
