工行HS支行个人理财业务发展研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the steady and sustainable development of our economy, the overall income of residents has made a qualitative leap. People become rich, its material and cultural life also has new requirements. The rapid growth of the wealth of domestic residents makes them gradually begin to accept the concept of financial management, but also through professional institutions to meet their desire to maintain and increase wealth. As a result, personal finance business has become a new profit growth point for banks because of its wide resources, low risk, easy operation and stable income. This paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the problems existing in the personal finance business of ICBC HS branch, and designs a set of reasonable execution plan to optimize the practical work of personal finance business of ICBC HS Branch. First of all, this paper briefly describes the background and significance of the topic, the concept of personal finance, as well as the development of domestic and foreign commercial banks personal finance business history. Secondly, the paper introduces the basic situation of ICBC's HS branch, the types of financial products sold by ICBC's HS branch in the market and its risk level. Thirdly, combined with the actual situation of ICBC HS branch, through the rational planning of financial market positioning, analysis of the characteristics of customer groups, summed up the status quo of business development, and then determine the advantages of the bank in the development of financial services, facing opportunities, Weaknesses and competitive threats. Finally, in view of the problems mentioned above, we mainly start with the four aspects of strengthening the construction of the upgrading branch network, actively guiding the whole staff to establish a sense of financial management, diversifying the management of the financial planner team and exploiting and optimizing the marketing mix. To establish effective reform measures for HS branch to perfect and strengthen the development of ICBC HS branch's personal finance business, to stick to the market and customer demand, and to make great efforts to create an outstanding brand of bank personal finance business.
