新型城镇化进程中的商业银行集团金融产品创新研究

【摘要】：随着我国新型城镇化进程的快速推进,国家金融需求结构正发生着深刻变革,这给以国有五大商业银行为代表的商业银行集团带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文从我国新型城镇化建设中的金融资源供应现状和商业银行集团业务运作情况出发,从基于"PPP/PFI"模式的结构性融资产品创新、专项投资基金产品创新和个人金融产品创新三个方面研究了与我国新型城镇化进程需求相适应的商业银行集团金融产品创新路径,在此基础上提出了搭建系统性金融供应体系、实现国有和民营金融资本的有序参与、提升对创新产品的风险管控能力等金融产品创新建议与实施方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's new urbanization process, the structure of national financial needs is undergoing profound changes, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the commercial banking groups represented by the five state-owned commercial banks. Based on the current situation of financial resources supply in the construction of new urbanization in China and the operation of commercial bank group business, this paper starts from the innovation of structured financing products based on "PPP/PFI" mode. This paper studies the innovation path of commercial banks' group financial products in accordance with the needs of the new urbanization process in China from three aspects: special investment fund product innovation and personal financial product innovation. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the establishment of a systematic financial supply system. To realize the orderly participation of state-owned and private financial capital, to improve the risk control ability of innovative products and other financial product innovation proposals and implementation plans.
