广西国有商业银行综合柜员激励研究

【摘要】:随着外资银行的涌入和股份制银行的迅速崛起,国有商业银行正面临着巨大的人才竞争压力。综合柜员是银行的基础力量,是银行与客户沟通的最主要的载体,对他们的激励关系到整个银行的经营状况。对综合柜员有效激励的问题已经逐步引起管理层的关注。但是由于制度、体制、观念等内外因素的制约下,广西国有商业银行对他们的激励上还存在一些问题:这在一定的程度上制约了综合柜员的工作积极性和主动性。 本研究采用文献收集、问卷调查法和个别访谈法收集相关资料,剖析广西国有商业银行综合柜员的激励现状,并分析其存在问题和成因。本研究还对广西国有商业银行综合柜员进行了关于8种激励因素的偏好调查,并采用软件SPSS18.0分析调查数据,其中包括描述性分析、相关分析以及因子分析,进一步明确了激励因素对激励效果影响的差异程度。最后,本有针对性地提出了对综合柜员激励完善的措施。该研究对策对于帮助广西国有商业银行改进综合柜员的激励策略来说具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the influx of foreign banks and the rapid rise of joint-stock banks, state-owned commercial banks are facing tremendous competition for talent. The comprehensive teller is the basic force of the bank and the main carrier of the communication between the bank and the customer. The incentive to them is related to the management of the whole bank. The problem of effective incentive for comprehensive teller has gradually aroused the attention of management. However, under the restriction of internal and external factors, such as system, system and concept, there are still some problems in encouraging the state-owned commercial banks in Guangxi: to a certain extent, it restricts the enthusiasm and initiative of the comprehensive teller. In this study, literature collection, questionnaire survey and individual interview were used to collect relevant data to analyze the incentive status of comprehensive tellers in state-owned commercial banks in Guangxi, and to analyze its existing problems and causes. This study also conducted a preference survey on 8 kinds of incentive factors for comprehensive tellers of state-owned commercial banks in Guangxi, and used software SPSS18.0 to analyze the survey data, including descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and factor analysis. The difference degree of incentive factors on incentive effect is further clarified. Finally, this paper puts forward the measures to encourage and perfect the comprehensive teller. This research strategy has certain reference value and reference significance to help Guangxi state-owned commercial bank to improve the incentive strategy of comprehensive teller.
