战略性新兴产业融资路径研究

【摘要】：自国际金融危机爆发以来，世界上许多国家纷纷着手进行规划，加快了对战略性新兴产业的布局，力图为产业发展创造更多的空间，培育新的经济增长点。战略性新兴产业已经成为世界多国应对金融危机、实现经济可持续发展的共同选择。在此背景下，我国也加大了对战略性新兴产业的支持力度，旨在转变发展方式和调整产业结构，使其成为经济可持续发展的主导力量。战略新兴产业是温家宝在2009年刚刚提出来的新兴产业，在我国的发展还未成熟，融资问题更是成为制约战略性新兴产业企业发展的显著难题。因此，借鉴国外成熟的企业融资理论，，结合我国战略性新兴产业融资路径的发展现状，探讨适合我国战略性新兴产业发展的融资路径，从而为战略性新兴产业的持续发展提供重要的理论和现实意义。本文主要分为以下几个部分：第一章为绪论部分。主要阐述了战略性新兴产业融资的选题背景和研究意义，以及相关的国内外文献综述，论文的研究方法、整体结构和可能存在的创新点。第二章主要是战略性新兴产业融资理论概述。阐述了战略性新兴产业的定义和特征、以及企业的融资理论，为战略性新兴产业的融资发展提供理论支持。第三章主要是分析了我国战略性新兴产业现有的内部和外部融资路径、以及融资路径存在的问题。第四章主要建立战略性新兴产业融资路径的博弈模型。在内部融资路径方面,文章主要是讨论在四种不同的信息环境下，两个战略性新兴产业企业的内部融资策略，通过增加留存收益的比例来实现内部融资的问题；在外部融资路径方面，通过建立矩阵博弈模型和多个企业的博弈模型，得到了企业选择外部融资路径的最佳顺序，从而使企业更有效的获得所需资金。第五章主要是建议。根据上述得到的结论，提出战略性新兴产业融资路径选择的对策性建议。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the international financial crisis, many countries in the world have begun to plan, accelerate the layout of strategic emerging industries, and try to create more space for industrial development and cultivate new economic growth points. Strategic emerging industries have become a common choice for many countries in the world to cope with the financial crisis and achieve sustainable economic development. In this context, China has also increased its support for strategic emerging industries in order to change the mode of development and adjust the industrial structure so as to make it the leading force for sustainable economic development. Strategic emerging industry is a new industry proposed by Wen Jiabao in 2009. In our country, the development of new industry is not mature, financing problem has become a significant problem restricting the development of strategic emerging industry enterprises. Therefore, referring to the mature enterprise financing theory of foreign countries and combining the current situation of the financing path of the strategic emerging industries in our country, this paper discusses the financing path suitable for the development of the strategic emerging industries in our country. Therefore, it provides important theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of strategic emerging industries. This paper is divided into the following parts: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly describes the background and significance of the topic selection of strategic emerging industry financing, as well as the related literature review, research methods, overall structure and possible innovation points. The second chapter mainly is the strategic emerging industry financing theory summary. The definition and characteristics of strategic emerging industries and the financing theory of enterprises are expounded to provide theoretical support for the financing development of strategic emerging industries. The third chapter mainly analyzes the existing internal and external financing paths of China's strategic emerging industries, as well as the existing problems in the financing path. The fourth chapter mainly establishes the game model of the financing path of strategic emerging industries. In the aspect of internal financing path, this paper mainly discusses the internal financing strategy of two strategic emerging industry enterprises under four different information environments, and realizes internal financing by increasing the proportion of retained earnings. In the aspect of external financing path, by establishing the matrix game model and the game model of many enterprises, the best order of choosing the external financing path is obtained, so that the enterprise can obtain the required funds more effectively. The fifth chapter mainly is the suggestion. According to the above conclusions, the paper puts forward the strategic emerging industry financing path choice.
