建设银行H分行营运业务流程再造研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's financial industry is undergoing a profound change. The financial behavior and consciousness of Chinese customers have undergone profound changes. Electronic channels such as the Internet and telephone have gradually become the "digital generation" to obtain financial services, and customers increasingly expect to get customized products and services. The orientation of supervision policy is to speed up the process of financial marketization, to promote the market-oriented pricing of elements, and to encourage the entry and withdrawal of financial subjects. The main body of the financial market is becoming more and more diversified and the competition is becoming more and more serious. With the unabated popularity of the Internet finance, more and more non-traditional financial institutions have joined the competition, the comprehensive finance has taken the initial trend, and the banks have taken solid steps on the comprehensive management of the finance. At the same time, technological advances provide unprecedented tools and possibilities for the financial industry. The change of macro-environment is challenging the traditional concept of "operation" of banks. As one of the four state-owned commercial banks, China Construction Bank (CCB), driven by external factors and endogenous power, takes the reform of its own operating system as the starting point to actively explore the way of the transformation and development of banks in the future. This paper takes the project of Business process Reengineering (BPR), which is continuously promoted by China Construction Bank H Branch, as the research object, takes the traditional theory of BPR as the foundation stone, and analyzes the development of commercial bank's operation business at home and abroad. This paper expounds the theoretical framework and practical application of the most advanced operational process reengineering of the banking industry, and puts forward the reform methods suitable for the business process reengineering of the domestic commercial banks, which is of great practical significance. This paper analyzes the operating environment and project promotion background of CCB H branch by using SWOT analysis tool, and points out the main problems existing in the operation process of CCB H branch. The necessity and feasibility of business process reengineering are put forward. At the same time, this paper introduces in detail the cabinet accounting business module, the centralized treasury management module, which are involved in the operation process reengineering process of the H branch of CCB. Batch business module and audit and counter monitoring business module four major business process reengineering mode. The whole process of this paper shows the scheme characteristics, function realization and project effect evaluation of the business process reengineering project, which is continuously and deeply promoted by H Branch of China Construction Bank, and points out that the management level is involved in the actual operation process. Operational aspects of the problem, easy to improve and improve in the future work.
