昆明西山区生态产业园区投融资模式研究

【摘要】：投融资问题可以说是当前开发区面临的带有普遍性又十分迫切需要解决的难题,当前正处于新一轮国际资本和产业转移的关键时期,开发区建设资金压力巨大,要抓住市场和政策上转型的机遇形成一定规模并且具有发展活力的开发园区,其投资很难靠地方财力独立解决。因此,探讨研究解决投融资这个难题对处于起步阶段的昆明市西山区生态产业园区来说,具有特别重要的现实意义。本文对相关部门、企业进行调研,收集整理资料,参考国内外开发区主要投融资模式,通过对昆明西山区生物产业园区开发建设资金需求和来源进行分析,对投融资的资金平衡从总体上规划,在此基础上提出昆明西山区生态产业园区可行的投融资模式。论文主要运用投融资理论并结合工业园区不同发展阶段对资金的需求状况,采用系统分析、比较分析、实证分析、理论与实践分析相结合等方法,围绕工业园区开发建设的投融资模式这条主线索,探讨适合起步阶段园区投融资的方式。论文首先将国内外投融资理论进行了全面梳理,以此为理论基础,全面廓清投融资对园区开发的作用和意义,明确指出投融资是当前开发区面临的带有普遍性又十分迫切需要解决的难题；其次,全面详尽地分析了工业园区投融资的主要模式和一般规律；之后遵循这一模式结合西山生态产业园区实际资金需求和来源情况进行分析,提出多渠道融资、市场化运作是解决资金缺口的可行策略；最后,为印证和丰富已得出的论断,论文结合园区开发推进的进程进行修改。
[Abstract]:The problem of investment and financing can be said to be a difficult problem with universality and urgent need to be solved in the current development zone. At present, it is in a crucial period of a new round of international capital and industrial transfer, and the construction of the development zone is under tremendous financial pressure. To seize the opportunity of market and policy transformation to form a certain scale and dynamic development park, its investment can hardly be solved independently by local financial resources. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study and solve the problem of investment and financing for the ecological industrial park in Xishan area of Kunming. This paper investigates the relevant departments and enterprises, collects and collates the data, refers to the main investment and financing modes of the development zones at home and abroad, and analyzes the demand and sources of funds for the development and construction of the biological industry park in the western mountainous area of Kunming. On the basis of the overall planning of the balance of investment and financing, the feasible investment and financing mode of the ecological industrial park in Xishan area of Kunming is put forward. The paper mainly uses the investment and financing theory and the different development stage of industrial park to the fund demand condition, adopts the system analysis, the comparison analysis, the empirical analysis, the theory and the practice analysis and so on the method, and so on. Based on the main clue of the investment and financing mode of industrial park development and construction, this paper discusses the suitable investment and financing mode of the park in the initial stage. Firstly, the thesis makes a comprehensive analysis of the investment and financing theory at home and abroad, and makes clear the function and significance of investment and financing to the development of the park. It is pointed out clearly that investment and financing is a difficult problem with universality and urgent need to be solved in the current development zone. Secondly, the main patterns and general laws of investment and financing in industrial parks are analyzed in detail. Then according to the analysis of the actual capital demand and source of Xishan Eco-Industrial Park, the author puts forward that multi-channel financing and market-oriented operation are feasible strategies to solve the fund gap. Finally, in order to confirm and enrich the conclusions, the paper combines the process of park development to modify.
