人民币国际化的国际经验借鉴研究

【摘要】：近年来，随着我国经济的快速增长，政治地位的不断提高，综合国力的持续增强，GDP在世界所占的比重不断加大，人民币汇率的持续稳定，使得人民币的经济基础和国际地位不断提升。 在1997年亚洲金融危机中，中国政府表现出高度的责任感，提高了人民币国际化的高度声望，人民币作为交易货币和国际结算手段被周边国家和地区居民逐渐认可和接受，大量人民币在境外流通，人民币国际化趋势凸显，因此，探讨人民币国际化问题具有深远的现实意义。2008年全球金融危机的爆发导致世界经济陷入衰退，暴露了当前国际货币体系的严重缺陷，这使得重新构建国际货币体系的问题再次成为焦点，人民币借此机会应加速其国际化进程，在新的国际货币体系中占据一席之地，这是国内学者们密切关注的问题。 人民币国际化对我国来说具有非常深远的意义，我国不仅可以从人民币国际化中获得来自各方面的收益，更重要的是可以逐渐提高其在国际舞台中的地位和话语权，同时，随着人民币国际化的进程的不断推进，我国同样会面临着巨大的挑战与风险。本文就是通过分析五大货币的国际化进程，总结它们在国际化进程中遇到的风险，结合我国人民币国际化的现状，设想人民币可能会遇到的风险困难，通过总结五大货币的经验将其规避到最小，最终寻找出一条适合自己的国际化道路。 本文分五部分来阐述这些问题： 第一部分为绪论部分，阐述了本文选题的背景和研究意义、研究内容和方法、以及文献综述相关内容。 第二部分为理论依据，阐述了货币国际化的基础理论，主要概括了货币国际化的含义及基于此而得出的人民币国际化的基本概念，阐述了货币国际化的条件以及货币国际化的相关理论。 第三部分首先介绍了要想实现货币国际化的所具备的条件，然后对人民币国际化的发展进程以及现状进行了描述，最后分别从国内外角度指出影响人民币国际化的主要因素。 第四部分分别阐述了英镑、美元、欧元、德国马克和日元五种货币的国际化经历，其中包括五种货币不同阶段的发展情况，分析五大货币国际化的条件，根据不同货币的情况来总结对人民币国际化的启示，最后总结其规律和共性，寻找出更为合适的人民币国际化道路。 第五部分总结前几章的内容，先从人民币国际化的路径选择来看，已有少量人民币在周边国家流通使用，因此，应更进一步提高人民币在周边国家的地位，，以对抗美元惯性的影响，再实现更大范围的区域化，而后逐步实现全球范围的国际化，最后，归纳总结全文得出结论，并提出了增强我国的国际竞争力，深化金融体制改革，完善政府的宏观调控水平等政策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid growth of our country's economy, the continuous improvement of the political status and the continuous enhancement of the overall national strength, the proportion of GDP in the world is increasing, and the RMB exchange rate is continuously stable, so that the economic base and the international position of the RMB are continuously improved. In the Asian financial crisis of 1997, the Chinese government showed a high sense of responsibility, and raised the high prestige of the RMB internationalization. The RMB, as a trading currency and international settlement means, was gradually recognized and accepted by the neighboring countries and the residents of the region, and a large amount of RMB is outside the country. The trend of RMB internationalization is prominent, therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the internationalization of RMB. The outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008 has caused the world economy to fall into recession and has exposed the serious shortage of the current international monetary system The problem of re-building the international monetary system is once again the focus, and the Chinese currency takes this opportunity to speed up its internationalization process and take a place in the new international monetary system, which is a close concern to the domestic scholars The internationalization of RMB has a very far-reaching significance to our country, not only can the income from all aspects be obtained from the internationalization of the RMB, but more importantly, it can gradually improve its position and voice in the international stage At the same time, with the process of RMB internationalization, China will also face great challenges In this paper, through the analysis of the internationalization process of the five currencies, this paper summarizes the risks that they encounter in the process of internationalization, and in combination with the current situation of RMB internationalization in our country, it is possible to imagine the risk that the RMB may encounter, and to avoid it by summing up the experience of the five major currencies to the minimum, to find a suitable international This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction part, and expounds the background and the research significance, the research contents and methods of the topic, and the text The second part, based on the second part, expounds the basic theory of the internationalization of the currency, mainly summarizes the meaning of the internationalization of the currency and the basic concept of the internationalization of the RMB, and expounds the conditions and the goods of the internationalization of the currency.
