体育彩票销售企业的SWOT分析
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the SWOT analysis into the sports lottery sales enterprises, and constructs the SWOT matrix of the sports lottery industry through the analysis of the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages existing in the development of the sports lottery industry in China, and formulates the SO,WO,ST,WT strategy. Should improve the layout design of business outlets, provide more information consulting, multi-organization of sports club activities, expand the consumer market among sports enthusiasts.
